The room was clean and comfortable however no blanket in the room on first night. Staff did provide when requested the next morning. We had no hot water-staff was very prompt in addressing and moved us to a new room which was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely courteous and responsive

I arrived in the evening check in was done through a window. The gentlemen I spoke to was kind and courteous. The whole place was lit by only blue lights and it was difficult to see with such low lighting. As a single female traveling alone I felt very unsafe staying here and did leave to another establishment. During the day I went back and could see that the area is clean looking but did not see conditions of the room.

This place is always a great place to stay, owners/employees are very friendly, the only downside of it are the quality of the towels that are very thin. And guests checking in late tend to be very noisy and inconsiderate slamming doors waking people up.

Perfect getaway hidden gym in Hondo, Texas

This place was immaculate! The rooms were super clean. The beds were firm but great. The bathroom was spotless. The pool area is absolutely beautiful. It was super quiet and off the road, we will definitely return. Well worth the money! The staff were super nice and helpful!! He has the most beautiful huge Ivey in the office.

The staff was very welcoming and professional. The room was clean and simple. The air conditioning cooled my room pretty quick allowing me to take a nap. My boys enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable. I used a black light to check the cleanliness of the bathroom and it passed with flying colors. Great Job. Will be staying here on our next trip.
