"The POOL is why we book houses every year! This pool is a waiting pool, the photos do not accurately reflect the size. We generally have a full pool day but had to go to the River an additional day, no biggie but love a full pool/house day. Everything thing else was AMAZING"

"My family and I loved the house so much!!! It was decorated well, clean enough bathrooms and beds. The kids enjoyed the pool. When you are exiting the community there is a drive through store where you can buy drinks, some snacks and ice. If you go left and a little ways down there is Frio Country resort it's 30cash per car, you can come in and out no dogs. That area was nice for little kids. If you go right there is another place to swim and kid friendly. My only 2 complaints would be the pots and pans that are a little on the older side and to small for a large party like mine. And the last thing the table it's large but I had a party of 21. Other than that I highly recommend this place and would stay again. The only was quick to answer any questions or concerns. Stay here you won't regret it!!"

"Shane was quick to respond and knowledgeable with any questions we had. Check in was also very easy. Our stay was right after the flood and the river was flowing great! The pool was nice and the property was well maintained. We had a great stay!!"
