"Great place for a large family gathering! One of the biggest advantages was the ample parking, which is often a challenge with large groups.Everything worked very well for our family. We especially loved the industrial coffee maker and the coffee bar. There was plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, making it easy for everyone to gather comfortably.A few small suggestions for improvement: it would be helpful to provide guests with at least two rolls of paper towels to start their stay, as there were none available when we arrived. I always bring extras, so it wasn't a problem, but others may not. We also didn't find towels in the bathrooms and had to get them from the laundry room, including hand towels.It may also be helpful to leave a note indicating where the pool towels are located. We ended up using bath towels until we discovered the beach towels in the coffee bar cabinet on the second day. Additionally, there were only two kitchen towels available, so having a few more would be appreciated.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely book this property again."

"We had an amazing time on our vacation. There was so much to do for our kids and the older family members, it really was the perfect setup. The pickleball court and the pool were the biggest hits, but the horse shoes and cornhole boards were awesome too. The amount of open room was also great and didn’t make having a lot of people there feel crammed. The beds were also super comfortable. Any advice I have would be to bring a fan if you’re a fan sleeper, luckily we did bc the rooms do not have those. They’re super comfortable and can be cold if you want them to, but I have to have a fan to sleep. We loved it so much we are planning our next family get together there."

"The house and outdoor area was perfect for our large group to enjoy a weekend retreat. We appreciated the fact that linens and towels were provided as well as a well-stocked kitchen with utensil and pots/pans for preparing meals for our group. "

"Property was fantastic! Inside was very clean, and wifi was super fast. Our only complaint was that a few of the exterior lights were out leaving little light in the pool area during evening hours and there was several ants. The ant problem, however, can likely be chalked up to the location of the property and thankfully weren't biting anyone. "
