Text message told me to enter room 3 and found Homeless man was in the bed.... told to go to other room, power point short circuited my phone charger. Owner arrived 1 hour later kicking out squatters from other rooms threatening to kill them if they come back. Crack heads next door kept me awake until 5am. Worst $135 ever spent, Bus shelter is a better option! "

Dated from the 80's, the RIO is looked a bit dated, but the bed provided a good nighrs sleep and the cost compared to other nearby hotels was nearly half.. if yiu just want somewhere convenient to the outer easten suburbs of Melbourne, then consider the Rowville International Hotel."
