"The room was very clean. It was secure parking, secure stay, no noise, very good for family. 3-5 minutes max drive for the nearest shopping centre. Though we had bit of hiccups in check-in but our request for reasonable late check-out was approved. The comms with owner was also good. Love to go back and stay the same place for my next visit."

It was a bit dark inside due to a broken blind that was permanently down but otherwise everything was excellent. "Great staff, tap in kitchen needs work, light switch in bathroom almost falling out, no bath plug,share room carpet need attention no exhaust fan in bathroom makes shaving problematic as the mirror is fogged up. These are all minor issues that can be easily remedied. The apartment was otherwise fantastic and the front line staff that we met are an asset to your organisation well done and thank you."
