"The Family Room has nice windows for walls on two sides and was larger than the advertised 22 m2. It was actually 25 m2. However, it does NOT have 1 queen and 1 single bed because it can only sleep 2 people, not 3. It has 2 super single beds. The room had a kettle, but no coffee or tea as advertised. "The location is good. The suite smell musty. We had to get the staff to spray the room out, open the windows and get the air conditioning running. The shower head has mold and needs a good cleaning. Kitchen needs a good clean up too. There’s no cable or satellite tv, you have to use utube and the content is not current. No phone, you have to use WhatsApp to contact the staff for help with your issue and needs. I understand we’re in a changing world but hotel services should have human interaction by phone either for emergency or basic services and oh my goodness a tv you can just turn on and watch something. Not good!"

"Although just a one night stay, I had a good rest in the spacious and clean room. The room also had a water dispenser so one need not go to 7/11 (just opposite) to get water. The bed was comfy and room was spacious. Toilet had a bidet and shower was good with good pressure and water temperature control. Wifi was strong and stable too. I wished there was en extra pillow and I think it would not be an issue if you asked for one. There are only local tv channels available but with the strong wifi, there were no issues streaming content. Note that if you book through Expedia, you do not need to pay for the tourism tax. It’s stated in your booking confirmation email. Show that to the staff an they will take a picture of it. It’s normal for all Malaysian hotels to ask for the tourism tax, so always read through your confirmation email. Will definitely come back here for a stay when I’m back in KL."

"It was delightful when we were given the same rooms as per our first visit in Jan 2026. Rooms were big and clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel is near to shopping malls such as Pavilion KL and Pavilion Damansara. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Enjoyed our stay!"
