"We had a wonderful stay at Mike’s and Lois’ home. The home was immaculate when we arrived, and there was not a thing we needed that we could not find! The home was very pet-friendly, with a fenced-in backyard and beautiful trails nearby for walking our pet. We were there for the birth of our first grandchild, stayed for over 5 weeks, and we were sad to leave. Having such a beautiful, well-appointed home to return to every day made our stay ideal. Mike and Lois were very nice, and encouraged us to reach out with any questions or concerns, of which we had none! We highly recommend Mike, Lois and their home if you are planning a stay in Littleton or the surrounding foothills area."

"This place was perfect for our needs. There was a separate bedroom with a king bed; a large closet; full bathroom with a shower; a living room with a pullout sofa for our adult son and a television; a mini fridge (with small freezer), sink, eating dishes and utensils, and a microwave; and a full size washer and dryer. The place is quiet and roomy for three adults. There is a separate entrance on the side, so we never had to bother the tenants. The tenants were very accommodating and communication was excellent!"
