"The gentleman in reception was very kind in all communications. Especially for our wellbeing, driving over late, into some terrible weather. The service even impressed my 12yr old daughter! “He’s so nice, mum.” The location was central to everything you can do in halls gap. "

"fabulous property- close to Halls gap centre. Has a pen outback for doggies and a huge camp fire area. great for families. we had a bunch of kangaroos on the first morning nibbling the grass out front- it was beautiful. my only caution would be that if you have people upstairs and you are sleeping downstairs, you hear the creaking floorboards. so bring earplugs if youre sensitive to that stuff. But its a gem of a property-i'd come back."

"Kookaburra Lodge was a great place to stay for our first time to Halls Gap. Right in town and even walking distance away from some of the Grampians trails! Simple, clean rooms and friendly staff. I really enjoyed it."
