Great Stay in a Great Spot

Great stay, comfort, easy check-in and an accommodating check out process. The room had a few items that could have been cleaned a little better and some wear/broken items starting to show but overall a great stay and value in a great neighborhood.

A Great Place in a Great Location

Checking in was a breeze even though my schedule was a little bit difficult to pinpoint a check in time. The location is great albeit there could be some noise from the road. The condition of the property was excellent. The room itself was better than it had shown in the photos. And the bathroom was also larger than I had expected. The water pressure was great including two options for the shower with a handheld wand and a large rainfall style shower head. A professional style hairdryer is provided. The air conditioner worked flawlessly and the television was a good size. There’s a communal room for eating with coffee, tea, and some breakfast snacks were provided. The building is very secure. It doesn’t get much better than this place and the owner was very kind and helpful.

Great stay in Rome!

Luigi was very kind and accommodating! I miscalculated what time we would be arriving and he was able to check us in an hour earlier than we originally told him. He went over a map of Rome with us and made food recommendations. The area of Prati is a nice area and the Vatican is nearby. Other touristy areas are only a 15-20 minute walk so super close. He provided us snacks and water on arrival. The apartment was clean and new and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on. There is a small common area with a kitchen and tables and chairs. I would definitely stay here again!
