Solo Business stay

Beautiful hotel. Would definitely stay here again, host was also really helpful. Felt very safe and the room was very clean and modern. Ideal location for seeing all the sights. Was a little loud outside but quiet 11 onwards.

Thank you so much to David for a wonderful stay. He was really helpful and allowed us to keep our bags in a safe space on the last day and even organised a driver to and from the airport. The Flow is located in a great area and you can walk to all of the site seeing parts of Rome. The room is beautiful, cosy and clean! Thank you again.

I booked a balcony room but the lady said Expedia messed up on their end so I had a classic room instead. It was still really nice. The room is freshly renovated with updated appliances and the bed was perfect. I’d stay here again.

This hotel was great! Self service check in and check out! Housekeeping comes everyday if you want them too. The owner is very helpful and responds to your messages super quick! Walking distance to literally everything! Will be coming back here for sure!

We highly recommend The Flow! The location is amazing- so many shops and restaurants, high end shops and high street brands right on your doorstep. The room was quirky and modern and comfortable. Walking distance to the Spanish Steps and The Vatican and more. The virtual WhatsApp assistant was so attentive and responsive. The Flow organised a driver for us to and from the airport for 70€ each way. Comfortable bed, great tv, great shower, cute little balcony, we just loved it!

We had a great stay at The Flow and communication with the property was always quick and helpful. The location is about a 7 minute walk from the nearest metro stop and roughly a 30 minute (or less) walk to a lot of the major attractions. Very walkable and in a great area with upscale shops, churches, coffee shops, etc. The room we had was generally quiet from the outside noise, but it was loud from the inside as new guests arrived or when cleaning was being done. This was minimal though. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and overall a great stay. Would definitely consider staying again if we go back.

Simply perfect The host is very friendly and easy to contact with. Very simple to check in and out. Our room was so clean and well decorated with a modern vintage look but still very authentic building so that we felt like a local. It has a lovely small balcony. Although the hotel is located on a busy street, it's so quiet at night. We had a good sleep after a long-walk. And also we enjoyed the old elevator. The shower was strong enough. Easy to go everywhere by walk. Especially Spanish steps (10 minutes) and pantheon(15 minutes) Not so far to the colosseum (30 minutes) and Vatican City (40 minutes). Lots of nice local cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. We highly recommend this cozy and lovely hotel. Thank you for your hospitality!

I received from David excellent assistance and orientation (via Whatsapp). However, the property lacks some services that are crucial for a perfect stay. This is a place in the first floor of a building with @ 5 rooms. It lacks a reception area and a common area where you can escape of your room. The bathroom shower is very narrow and has barely the width for someone to stand side ways making your shower a task. TV does not have an english news channel. For the good part the location is great. I walk every where without having to spend much in public transportation/taxis. If you are looking for location and a place to shower and sleep this your place.

Excellent property, within walkable distances to all the sights. Virtual concierge were super responsive and very helpful. Room was modern, spacious and very clean. I would have liked an ironing board. There is a lift although description says there is not. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This is not a hotel-more like an air bnb. Small room & very small shower. Hard to even find the address. No front desk-had to call the owner with any requests and use several codes to enter the building. Location was ok except hard to get picked up or dropped off due to nightly concerts down the street blocking off roads.
