My stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations! Unfortunately, we had an issue with our luggage being stolen from the bus, and we were feeling very stressed and unsure of what to do. Despite being busy, the hotel staff showed incredible empathy and kindness—they even allowed us to check in early. We are truly grateful for this thoughtful gesture. The hotel also has a great location and a fresh, modern style. I highly recommend staying here. Without a doubt, we will choose this hotel again in the future!

Property was good clean and comfortable - 2 blocks from Spanish Steps, lots of restaurants and shopping. There is a taxi station right out the front door. Although no staff on site always were quick to respond.

This is a perfect location if you want to be in the center of everything. There are lots of restaurants around and lots of shopping can be done. I went on a solo trip and felt very safe in this area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Property is in a great location and the owner’s son, Alberto went out of his way to arrange airport shuttle service and recommend 2 authentic roman restaurants that were delicious. We arrived before our check in time and Alberto allowed us to leave our luggage without any worries . Place is clean and safe, would stay again.

Right in town center. Was able to ride Lime and Dott scooters to get around town. Hotel is near everything you can think of. Food, shopping, historic sites, etc.

Such a great location which is only 120m away from Spanish steps. Can also walk to all main attractions. The apartment is very clean with air conditioning! Like a mini hotel room with great mattress!

Perfect location and very comfortable! Felt like we were in the heart of Rome- 5 mins from the Trevi Fountain, 2 minutes from the Spanish Steps and the Column of the Immaculate Conception right outside your window! It was a bit challenging to find but was otherwise an excellent stay! The building felt secure, there was an elevator, the hotel itself was lovely, and the location was so close to the Spanish steps! The staff we met was very helpful and kind! Make sure you have WhatsApp because they messaged a day before to confirm check in time, and I feel like would have been helpful had I had my notifications turned on!

So convenient and close to Spanish Steps and the shopping areas around it. It is an ideal location for Rome. Access to my room had three secured doors. The lift was an added and much needed convenience! Alberto and staff were easy to communicate with (through whatsapp).
