Nie polecam!!!

Byłam zazenowana pobytem w tym miejscu. W ofercie miało być wliczone śniadanie. Nie można sie było nawet doprosic o czysty kubek aby zaparzyc swoja wlasna. Bardzo, bardzo brudno. Dramatyczne warunki. Pełno grzyba w łazience oraz w pokoju na ścianie. Śmierdzi stechlizna w całym budynku Zadawszy pytanie o śniadanie, klimatyzcaje w pokojach otrzymałam informację iz jest to najtansza opcja pobyty - pytanie w takim razie dlaczego byly podane błędne informacje w rezerwacji? Zdj obiektu zupełnie nie oddają rzeczywistości. Lokalizacja ok.

Lo recomiendo si haces turismo.

La estancia muy buena, está muy cerca del coliseo se va caminando el transporte ahí mismo. El recibimiento muy bueno. Muy limpia la habitación y la lencería. El desayuno sencillo pero lo justo y necesario. Hemos descansado muy bien. Lo recomiendo.

Un comodo riferimento a Roma

Esperienza romana molto positiva in occasione di un importante Congresso organizzato presso il Rettorato dell'Università " Sapienza". Il San Lorenzo G.H. è ubicato a pochi passi dalla città universitaria e vicino alla fermata di tram che portano nelle varie zone più centrali di Roma e vicino alla Via Tiburtina e al Verano. Porta Maggiore, S. Croce in Gerusalemme e S. Giovanni sono raggiungibili facilmente (anche a piedi). La Facoltà di Psicologia è di fronte al b&b. Il quartiere di San Lorenzo è ricco di locali, localini, pizzerie e ristoranti, per cui è possibile fermarsi nei paraggi a consumare qualcosa, oppure allontanarsi e tornare con tranquillità, trovando ancora, la sera, giovani per strada e per locali. Il personale è molto disponibile e la stanza comoda e pulita. Buona la colazione (ho richiesto caffellatte, cornetto, caffè, fette biscottate con marmellata, vi erano anche succhi, yogurt e brioscine confezionate, frutta). In camera bollitore con caffè solubile, the e zucchero. Ringrazio per le bottigliette d'acqua disponibili in frigo! Ho potuto lasciare, lasciando la stanza, i bagagli nel b&b per l'intera giornata, avendo l'aereo la sera.

Nice staying to go to attend a Conference

I went to attend a conference at Rome University-La Sapienza, so the location for me was very good, although at night there was some noise in the street. At the bbreakfast, in spite of the fact that sometimes there is nobody at rhe reception, the service was all right: For breakfast we can choose what to eat. I had a nice stay, I would certainly return.

Accueil a l'arrivée

très bien au début, nous étions attendus par quelqu'un parlant français qui nous a donné des explications sur l’hôtel les visites et le quartier pour diner . Mais pas de serviettes dans la chambre , le ménage pas bien fait la poubelle encore pleine Nous n'avons revu personne du séjour. Pas intérêt a avoir des questions ou un problème. Les petits déjeuners sont très moyens servis dans la chambre , vous avez une feuille a remplir , le premier jour impeccable mais le second, la feuille est restée sur le comptoir et nous avons été obligés d'aller réclamer auprès de la jeune fille de service qui ne parlait ni français ni anglais. Nous n'en avons pas eu le dernier jour (partis trop tôt par rapport aux horaires proposés, rien avant 8h) . La chambre est correcte sans plus, parfait pour un séjour court où on passe son temps en visite et très peu à l'intérieur. A environ 1.8Km de la gare de Termini, nous rentrions à pieds sans problème même si le quartier fait un peu délabré aucun risque sécuritaire.

Vale o custo x benefício

Foi muito bom atendimento. Só dei o azar que no meu último dia eu tinha um voo as 08h da manhã, acordei bem antes, mas sem querer tranquei a porta do quarto quando fui pegar um número de taxi na recepção e fiquei fora do quarto (depois de certo horário não fica ninguém na recepção) Acabei perdendo o voo. Só de manhã que acabei vendo que o menino ficava no hotel e não tinha sido avisado disso no check in para caso tivesse algum problema. De resto o hotel é bom e tem um custo beneficio pelo valor e localização. Como gosto de andar fiz tudo andando.

Opción rentable!

Opción económica y muy bien situada en el centro de Roma. El baño, aunque es compartido, siempre estuvo limpio. El desayuno, básico!

Decent accommodation close to Rome

This is a basic hotel located about a 20min walk from the main railway station in Rome. The room was clean and well sized. The continental breakfast was pretty basic and was served in the hallway outside your room, so you have to collect your food and then eat it in your room, which is a bit awkward. It can be very noisy on Saturday nights as it is a popular area for students of the surrounding universities. This also means that there are a collection of very eclectic bars and restaurants in the area.

Hôtel propre mais bruyant

L'hotel est loin de la gare termini. 30 minutes de marche' Il y a le tram à côté ce qui était bien utile pour se déplacer . Le quartier est sale et pas tres rassurant surtout quand on est en famille. Le week end énormément de bruit et de cris, oui des cris, dans les rues la nuit, impossible de dormir. la chambre est petite pour quatre personnes, deux adultes et deux enfants. Peu de rangements pour nos affaires. Le plus pénible c'etait de prendre le petit déjeuner servi sur le palier dans un couloir étroit. on rempli son plateau qu'on ramène dans la chambre et on mange sur le lit!!! Franchement pas pratique et pas du tout confortable. Cependant le personnel est agréable et serviable.

Niemals Zimmer 110 mit externem Bad buchen!!!

Ich habe Zi 110 erhalten mit Bad auf dem Gang. Die Dusche war defekt, das meiste Wasser lief durch den Schlauch raus, der Tresor und das Licht am Bett waren defekt. Wenn ich das Zimmer verließ, frühstückten nur 2 m von mir entfernt die Gäste. Es gab zwar eine Türe, die war aber aus Glas und stand ständig offen. Privatsphäre null! Ich musste alle meine Sachen ins Bad hin und her transportieren, im Bad hängt ein Zettel, dass man die Türe nicht abschließen darf! Im Bad müffelte es schimmelig und ich hatte einen merkwürdigen Ausblick nach oben auf alte Technik. Das zum Preis von 82 €/Nacht ist eine Frechheit!

really friendly helpful staff

staff were always attentative, friendly and helpful, a really nice room, spacious and smart. the only drawback I felt was if you had a room overlooking the roadside which was a bit noisy on the Friday night, well into the early hours. The Saturday night was fairly quiet so perhaps the Friday was a one off, If you are going out late yourself this wont matter, but when i was there i was having to get up v early in the mornings and was trying to get to sleep at 10pm, but i would possibly ask for a room at the rear if i was going again and had to get up- early again for early engagements I quite liked the location from the point of view of it being more where the locals live. There were quite a few interesting looking bars, cafes/bistros and bakeries so if you would want to get away from all the tourist trap stuff then this is a nice place to stay.

Es un hotel que engaña para mal

Este hotel parece mejor en las fotos pero visto de cerca y estando alli es pesimo si eres una persona joven o mayor te sentiras mal en este hotel mas aun si vas a estar mas de dos dias el desayuno no hay fruta el cafe de maquina muy malo y las pastas las mas baratas, las habitaciones malas no circula el aire, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien el conserje era un pakistani que cuando cocinaba dejaba un olor demasiado fuerte que llegaba a todo el hotel y no se podia estar comodo la verdad es muy caro para lo que te prometen como servicio no lo volveria a elegir por 100 euros mas o menos incluso prefiero otro hotel con mejores instalaciones y otros servicios no lo recomiendo para nada.

Excelente relación calidad precio

Perfecto para visitar Roma, pequeño pero cómodo. El desayuno normalito pero suficiente. La wifi funcionaba muy bien. Para ir al centro de Roma, hay que coger autobús. El trato muy amable, eso sí, en Italiano o en Inglés.
