This was such a wonderful place to stay at for my first time in Italy. Staff was very polite and professional. Most impressive was staff spoke many languages making it so wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

Nice location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Only downside is the small lift and poor accessibility to property - the lift was broken down when I left and I had to carry my luggage down from the 4th floor! Wouldn’t recommend for old aged guests.

Room was very big, bathroom very comfortable (my room was No. 8). Bed and pillows could use an upgrade. AC works very well. Property is on a high floor with access lift. Makes it quiet to sleep at night. WiFi works well The place has a common area to work/drink tea etc. My room was away from this area and hence a bit more quiet, I suspect rooms at the entrance could have some noise

Nice room! Only complaint is that the room was somewhat hot and stuffy, even with AC running. But overall stay was great.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This is not good for families, not good for elderly groups. My cellphone was stolen from me WHILE CHECKING IN. The cameras at front desk conveniently don’t record. This is more or less a hostel. The property shares a building with a short term apartment hotel stay, same door, same stairs, elevator. Makes everything super chaotic. This place is not a good accommodation unless you are a person who do not have anything valuable and just need a place to spend the night. We felt extremely unsafe in this building and ended up checking out early. The surroundings was sus, everyone was sketch. No bueno.
