The hotel is in a very convenient location near Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to the Metro so it was only about four stops from the Vatican stop. Staff was pleasant and accommodations worked out fine.

we had issue with hot water; the staff called service and the issue was resolved quickly. We were happy with that. we have some issue with Wifi. My computer was working well, but my husband had issue to get the WiFi work on his computer. the cell phone signal was weak in the room.

Easy walk to Trevi Fountain. Breakfast was a nice surprise and staff were helpful. The great location makes it a busy one. I used a USB fan and sleep sounds from YouTube to drown out the outside noise. It was pretty loud and persistent and had trouble staying asleep the first night. I would still recommend:)

This place has the best location in Rome for both sightseeing and shopping. Just btwn Spain steps and Trevi fountain, you can also go to Colosseum and Vatican with a few stops with metro. The only concern was and property hasn’t been remodeled as the price went up.

There was no lobby or reception. The entry looked like a tenement. The rooms had a very odd set up with multiple doors, halls, and keys. One pass through a series of doors to get to the room. The room was satisfactory, but the overall experience was a disappointment, especially given the expense.

Locatie was top! Kamer kon beter, afwerking was niet super (Er werd nog verbouwd denk ik) Een paar minpuntjes: raam sloot niet goed, waardoor de herrie op straat goed hoorbaar was. Tv hing scheef aan de muur. Weinig plek op spullen op te bergen. 1 nachtlampje deed het niet. Pluspuntjes: de ligging was perfect, aardig personeel. Ruime badkamer.

Mai più…la camera è sprovvista di bidet manco fossimo a Parigi , i muri sono sporchi è rovinato (da anni sembra) la doccia si trova accanto al letto perché nel mini bagno non ci entra e presenta tutta la muffa LA MUFFA nella parte inferiore, i cavi tv non presentano la classica canalina per i fili elettrici la sono avvolti stile anni 50 con il nastro isolante …. La camera in questione è la n 1 di via rasella 152 … uno scandalo

Lo mejor la localización. A 5min de la Fontana di Trevi. Lo peor que la habitación que nos dieron no tenía nada que ver con las fotos. Había una humedad en la pared (aunque no olía) y la bandeja para productos de la ducha completamente oxidada. El desayuno ni bien ni mal, pero muy industrial. No es un hotel, es un bed & breakfast.

Muy mala experiencia. Llegamos y no había recepción. No había nadie nos tardamos 1 hora en poder comunicarnos con el dueño y que nos explicara lo complejo que era ingresar a la propiedad. Cuando dice en expedía que es un hotel y estamos viajando con menores de edad. La propiedad en muy malas condiciones nada que ver con las fotos de Expedia. Y el check out imposible a las 7:30 am no había nadie a quien hacerle el check out y nos tuvimos que ir pues teníamos un avión que tomar.
