This was an awful place to stay. Very convenient location for the train station, but it was very dirty, the bathroom had mold on the walls, the bed was hard, and the kitchenette had bugs all over it. I felt so gross staying in the room. The pictures must be either old, edited, or we just got a crappy room.

Very friendly staff with an easy check in. A stronger air conditioning unit and English TV channels would be nice. Liked the full fridge/freezer/stove with all pots/pans/plates and utensils made it feel like a home stay also.

I rarely saw staff as they are not on property for very long buch such is the way of things in Italy. The shower head was broken when I checked in, which took a couple of days to get replaced. The room was spacious and clean. overall, I'd stay again despite a couple of short comings

The hotel is located in an unbeatable location, just a block away from Termini, which is really useful for public transportation and airport transfer. The hotel is old but well maintained and clean, rooms were cleaned everyday. The neighborhood is not the nicest in Rome, but it is the price to pay to be close to the terminal. It is a really good property to stay for a few days.

You never see anyone. Someone gets in touch with you to give you codes to get into place. No elevator. Cleanliness good. Huge room. All amenities. Big problem in getting out though. Electronic gate has no switch I could find to activate lock. Played with an electric wire hanging down to make the unlock work. Breakfast is about a block away from room. Was good, but a tad incovenient.

Read mixed reviews before arriving but hotel was good and met expectations. We had two apartments, they were comfortable and secure. Yes they aren’t perfect but that shouldn’t be your expectation. Good restaurants in the area. Is the area a bit rough? Yes, but no worse than any other major city close to a significant rail terminal, this is Europe and beyond. If you’re Karen from Kansas this isn’t for you. If you are a practical realistic traveller this is a great stay close to all you need.

When we arrived the shower was boiling hot, as in the mixer had absolutely no cold water coming out it was like a just boiled kettle; the aircon wouldn’t turn off so the room was freezing; the bedroom light wouldn’t turn off; and the toilet wouldn’t flush. We raised these things with hotel staff who assured us that maintenance had fixed them but while they had fixed the shower and light, they had just turned off the aircon (now with no way to turn back on) and the toilet still wouldn’t flush. We had no working toilet for the full stay which was very poor for the price paid for the room. The bed was also missing springs on one side of the bed. Onsite parking was helpful. Would not book again and would not recommend.

nice view, convinient and great location. just hoping they specifically disclosed that the property is on the highest floor but no elevators. it is not conducive to climb the stairs with luggage especially if plan on staying more than 2 days

The location is good and convenient you are close to the train terminal and can go from there to all tourist places however even tough the rooms are spacious, clean and in general fine (furniture is a bit old) and they are convenient if you travel with several people the streets around the the building are very dirty and in the night there were street people drinking, shouting at each other and fighting in front of the gate, if you arrive late just need to be careful.
