This was the perfect place for me, close to all the attractions but not in the middle of tourist central. So many dining options.

Excellent location, close to Vatican, Piazza Navonna with a bus stop across the street as well. Extremely helpful and courteous staff. The room was very clean and spacious and I truly enjoyed the air conditioning.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Our room was modernized and very clean! We were within walking distance of so many attractions! We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend Residenza Zanardelli!

Staff were extremely helpful and provided luggage storage on our departure date. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was very powerful. The room was very clean and quiet. There was a full size hairdryer in each bathroom .

I had to use self check-in. The directions were easy to follow! I walked to Piazza Navona for dinner It was a magical place and so close and easy to find(Apple Maps, walking). The room was immaculate, well stocked and with a good bed. In the morning I needed help making bus reservations. The staff helped with those and with a taxi and retrieving forgotten meds too!

Trip to Rome - Great Room, Location & Service

First trip to Rome. Lucked upon a great room at a small boutique location close to all the attractions in Rome. Even better, Dave who took care of the rooms provided excellent service. Breakfast each morning, tips on where to eat, tips on transportation and directions. We were in great hands with Dave! Made our visit very enjoyable.

Matilda was absolutely amazing even before we arrived, she answered all my questions through the Expedia messaging, coordinated my transfer for a family of 4 from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port. Gave us excellent dining recommendations from eating to gelato and coffee. The room was clean and accommodating, it was centric and quiet wich is A plus. Excellent to go around walking. We walked to Vatican, Colosseum, short walk to Trevi fountain, piazza Navona and Pantheon. Dining 100% recommended Renato and Luisa, get a reservation online in the website and Mimi e Coco. We spend 4 days and went twice to both locations. We hope to be back soon! Absolutely loved it! Thank you 😊

훌륭한 위치, 따뜻한 객실

정말 좋은 위치에 있어서 관광이나 식사하기에 너무 좋구요. 겨울에도 객실이 따뜻해서 정말 좋았어요. 전반적으로 잘 관리된 느낌입니다. 다만 숙박했던 트리플룸에서 물곰팡이인지 하수구냄새가 좀 났어요. 그것만 빼곤 정말 추천할만하다고 생각해요.

최적의 위치

로마 어디 관광지를 가도 걸어갈 수 있고, 깨끗합니다. 체크인 시간이 정해져 있어 늦게 체크인한 저희는 미리 전화드렸는데 시간맞춰 와서 매우 친절하게 응대해주었어요~ 엘리베이터도 오래된 것이나 편안히 이용했습니다!

Très bonne situation au coeur du Rome historique

Le séjour y est agréable et le personnel prévenant. Seule ombre au tableau: l'arrivée. La présence de personnel n'est pas permanente pendant les horaires possibles d'arrivée, et malgré un processus de prévenance, il nous a fallu patienter presque 1h devant la porte. Je ne saurais trop recommander de les appeler 30 minutes avant l'arriver pour évoter ce déboire.

Excelente Ubicación. Viaje con mi familia. Habitación doble con dos baños completos. Limpio, excelente estado. Situada en el 1er piso, es una residencia, el staff está por las mañanas; no espere un hotel con lobby 24/7. En ascensor es pequeño y de diseño antiguo, solo lo usamos para subir y bajar el equipaje, el resto del tiempo usamos las escaleras por ser un solo piso. No es conveniente si se está en silla de ruedas. Nos hospedamos con desayuno incluido que se escoje el día anterior. No existe comedor, se come en el cuarto. Con todo, el staff es muy servicial y amable. El lugar es bonito, limpio y en muy buen estado. Volvería a ir sin duda.

We weren't able to stay at the original reserved hotel, they told us we were getting upgraded to another hotel near by. But, the other hotel was not walking distance to the batican which is what we originally wanted. The check-in process was not too easy. The room was a little smaller than what we hope. There was no parking. Overall the room was okay for just sleep and thats is it. We were disappointed on the last minute change they did for us. Also, no breakfast was included.
