The property was ok and having the elevator was great to bring up the luggage. The area is convenient if you will take the transit as Termini is the transit hub but for me it was less desirable - very busy and will prefer to stay in a more quiet location.

Great staff service before arrival. But once I arrived, staff service began to deteriorate. My host was late to show up and then would never responded after I checked in when I needed items
