I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to on this occasion. The hosts went above and beyond for us. We arrived in Rome early, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We were able to leave our luggage with them, and they provided a map with detailed information that we needed for our day of sightseeing and also refreshments, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. When we got to check in later in the day, the room was absolutely spotless. Little touches like a free mini bar, a complementary breakfast and of course the fantastic hosts, all made for a fabulous stay. I would not hesitate to recommend to anybody wanting to come to Rome. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Lovely B&B

We loved our stay at Residenza Venti Settembre in Rome! The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable, and modern. Nicole and Antonio are the nicest hosts, they provided us with the absolute best customer service and made us feel like family. They brought us such a delicious breakfast each morning and helped us check in early as well. We highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Rome!

My husband and I spent 4 nights here, this was our first time in Rome (from USA), we absolutely loved our stay. Nicole and Antonia are great hosts, hotel is very clean with daily room refreshing, and they prepare a very nice breakfasts for guests upon request. The location is a little further out from attractions, but easy access via bus/metro, plus the restaurants here are tasty and reasonably priced. Highly recommend staying here

Amazing!

We had an incredible experience staying here! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Rome, located in a safe neighborhood. The property and room itself was very clean, and the hosts were absolutely lovely, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The complementary breakfast was an added bonus, offering a delicious spread that was the perfect start to each day. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Rome. Amazing

Antonio and his wife went above and beyond to make my stay amazing. I stayed in over 5 different hotels during my 2 week Italy trip, and this was by far the best. Their genuine kindness and love for their community really shows. The room was very modern, clean, and quiet! The area was great for walking to restaurants and shops. I felt very safe as a solo traveler in that part of town. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Starting with the owners, Antonio and Nicole were amazing, graciously gave us a cappuccino open our arrival and even had our room ready when we arrived approximately 3 hours before check in (we did update them with our estimated arrival time when we landed). Each morning we made a simple phone call to them and we were given the most amazing breakfast we have ever had. They also gave us amazing recommendations for local dinner places. These dinner places were great recommendations and phenomenal spots. Our room was also amazing as we had a view of the city from our window. Bed was comfortable and made fresh every day by the staff. Our shower did have a very slow drain but Antonio was able to do maintenance while we were away during the day which helped. Also only a 10 min walk to the train station. Only a 25 min walk from all the major attractions in Rome. Also nearby to the Metro Bus Station if you prefer busses from walking. Phenomenal hosts, great room, will be here when we come to Rome again.

Superb

Absolutely fantastic stay. On our arrival, Nicole greeted us with refreshments and delicious crossiants. She highlighted a map for us with all of the top places of interest. Complimentary breakfast tray was superb. Room so clean and comfortable. Great nights sleep. Nicole and Antonio are such a lovely couple.

Amazing Stay

Amazing!! The only disappointment is that we couldn't have stayed longer. The host's were fantastic and very friendly. The room and lobby were both modern and clean. They welcomed us with open arms and a delicious snack. We'll definitely come back.
