100% recommended! The staff and service are very nice and helpful if you are not interested in the usual or fancy hotel experience, during the mornings at the property and concierge service by phone after noon. There are rooms with gorgeous views of beautiful Piazza Navona, very enjoyable and romantic at night. Great location in the middle of everything and walkable distance to explore the city.

This stay was OK. Room was good sized and clean. It was large, and I did have the view from my balcony as shown in the photo. The thing is, getting to the balcony was a bit tricky as the window/doors were small and a bit hard to squeeze through, at least for a six plus footer such as myself. It was good that though the plaza is quite large and had lots of activity, you heard nothing with the door/windows closed. Bathroom was also nice. Staff person was very helpful and friendly. This was another case of a "hotel" that really was just a collection of rooms in a larger building. I am not even sure if it qualified as a B and B as I didn't see breakfast anywhere in the a.m., but I didn't really explore the layout too much and left early to get to the train station. You have to climb a couple of flights of stairs to get to the "hotel", as there is no elevator of any kind. Decent stay for one night.

Beautiful room view a fabulous view of the piazza and within walking distance to many sights. Continental breakfast brought to our room each morning included cappuccino, tea, warm croissants, yogurt, cereal, and biscuits. Such a pleasant experience.

Great location - small space, awkward entrance, friendly host. You can hear the other guests / thin walls. Nice breakfast and service is good. You’re paying for location - cool balcony overlooking Piazza Navona. I’ve stayed at nicer hotel here before - twice the cost but much nicer. Probably will not stay here again unless only option.

Pure Perfection ( prepare for some quirks)

The most excellent hotel you can get in Rome - as long as you know a few things going in. 1) there are only 3 rooms so do not expect full service anything. Breakfst delivered to your room is a lovely touch. 2) There is no sign at the front door marking the entrance. If you note the address and buzzer in advance this won't be an issue but if you assume the adress alone is enough you may hang out on a Piazza Navone service road. Once you know these two things you will delight in having access to a secret treasure of Rome. Sipping prosecco on a balcony overloooking the Piazza is the stuff of Italian wet dreams. Hollering down to order pasta from the restauant below who will bring it around to meet you is the very definition of La Dolce Vita. I've stayed in more hotels than I can count around the world in all price points and this iswithout a doubt the best value I've found. It's my new favorite hotel in Rome

On the plus side, the hotel is located facing a very pretty palazzo but it is extremely hard to find. There were no signs and even our driver had trouble finding it. We ended up in an alley for the entrance. We had a deluxe room and there wasn’t anything special about it. The bathroom was so small that you couldn’t even turn around. On top of that our air conditioner didn’t work well. There is no staff on the premise so there was no one ne to contact. Breakfast was brought to our room and was very good.
