Great location, the hotel staff was very welcoming. The room we got itself was located in an apartment of sorts and the reception is down the street. The staff were very welcoming, the building we were in had an elevator but from my understanding some of their buildings may not. The Trevi fountain was only a 5 minute walk from our place and there are tons of food options around. The area is busy with tourists so we did not feel unsafe walking around even at night.

I arrived past midnight, everything was sorted out electronically and i let myself in, priceless. That was 5 star. Room was clean, the only thing is there was no hotel vibe, it was more like renting a room. Its close to amenities and safe.

Family of 5 Visiting Europe, this was our first stop as part of our June 2025 vacation. Great location with easy access to the Barberini Metro Station. Close to the Trevi Fountain and a 15 min walk to Termini Station. Many near by places to eat, spacious rooms, and equipped with coffee maker and microwave; perfect for a traveling family.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. The room was equipped with all needs and had the BEST air conditioning. We were able to walk to many sites and there is a local market just down the way that we visited daily. Highly recommended!!

Awesome location. Beautiful property. Only potential drawback to be aware of is that some rooms are only accessible by stairs, so you have to be prepared to get your luggage up and down the stairs yourself.

The hotel itself was great in location. Major attractions are all within 30 mins of walk. There were lots of places for dinning experiences. The room is typical, nothing spectacular, but clean. To get into the building is a whole other story. We arrived around 8 pm, the smart lock for the building was disconnected. We had to called the emergency line. The gentleman was trying his best to help, but doesn't know much about how to get us into the building. Several phone calls and waiting on him to reach other representative, it took us more than an hour before we were able to enter the building. Our little kids were by then hungry, tired, and super cold. Wish there was a more reliable way of entering the building. The next day we made the complain to the front desk and all he was able to tell us is "sorry." Then, the building door stop working another during another night. It is just very difficult to check in.

Located close to metro station and main Rome attractions, Just minutes of walking to Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, etc. But on the other hand, this hotel might be a little hard to find during night time. So make sure to contact the hotel beforehand if you will have a late checkin.

We loved staying here, very stylish and comfortable. The location was great. The only grumble we had was there was no hot water in the hotel on our 2nd day and we received no apology for that. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great accommodation right in the heart of Rome. Really quiet and secluded but 5 mins from the Trevi. Stayed in muse apartment with teenage daughters and plenty of space including 2 bathrooms! Only minor negative was there is only 1 wardrobe for clothes so a bit tricky when travelling with teenage girls!
