まず、宿泊費以外にサービス料が110%ほど加算される。　このサービス料がどれに値し、何をサービス料としているのか理解できない。　また、チェックアウトの相談をメールにてするも返信はなく、チェックアウト当日電車の時間が迫る中、係が居ないままメモを添えて部屋を後にするという初めての経験をした。　他のドイツからの夫婦とも話したが、ここには今後泊まることはないと意見が合う。　おすすめはできない。　経営者の妻や子供達は素敵なのに残念です。

The location was great. However, the service, especially the breakfast, was very disappointing. A breakfast cake and torte were there when we arrive on Monday and still sitting out on Friday. We only saw the hostess twice and so were unable to get directions, suggestions, etc. from her. We would not stay at this B & B again.

Perfect location with a view!

Despite an initial oversight between the property managers/assistants that resulted in no one being on location to let us in or check us into our room, we LOVED this b&b! The location is literally minutes from the Roman forum/Palatine hill/coliseum and the rooftop views are unbeatable! Lucy was amazing as well, and made us cappuccinos both mornings! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot

Vi var meget glade for at bo på Made in Rome. Hyggeligt og hjemligt, søde og hjælpsomme medarbejdere, og sidst men ikke mindst en helt fantastisk tagterasse. God beliggenhed tæt på bl.a. Colloseum.

Charming stay in the heart of Rome

This was a beautiful place with a very lovely staff. The room was extremely charming and the balcony had a wonderful view that was no where as beautiful as beautiful as the view from the roofs dining/seating area. The staff here were engaging and kind. Lucy was the hostess that checked us and served breakfast and she was sweet and caring, and the owner was just as engaging. I wish my stay was longer than a night but I will definitely stay here again when I come back.

Wonderful property and location is excellent. Old building so elevator is extremely tiny. Management had changed right before we arrived and therefore communication was poor within the staff (eg no ride booked back to airport). Staff was friendly and accomodating generally speaking. Food in morning was not full breakfast.

Beautiful home and amazing people. We felt so welcomed and at home during our stay. The balcony is probably one of the best selling points. We loved going on our private balcony or the shared rooftop after a long day of being a tourist and just having a glass of wine with an amazing view. Great location but a little difficult to find if you don't have good internet service ok your phone. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful place to stay. Great location for walking to all the major must see sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved my cappuccino in the morning while sitting on the terrace!! The view was spectacular!

We had the smallest darkest room so this was a little cramped with limited storage and surfaces. It was very old and rustic but clean. The air conditioning was perfect and there was minimal street noise. Perfectly located for historical sites and restaurants. Roof top terrace was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay, great location

Great location, loved the deck area and views. Peaceful for sleeping even though it is in the heart of touristy area. Must see area, lovely little eateries just round the corner and down the lanes. Reasonably priced and host was very friendly, approachable and helpful.

This was our favorite stay on our trip to Europe! Awesome location - 5 minute walking distance from major landmarks in Rome, the metro, and great restaurants. Very roomy room (especially compared to some of the other places we stayed in Europe), beautiful rooftop terrace was BEAUTIFUL view! Both Max and Maria were super helpful and pleasant, provided local recommendations (all of which were fabulous), made us coffee in the morning and helped to arrange a ride to the airport). They were also available through text/whatsapp during our stay. Check in’s nd check out were very easy. We definitely recommend this B&B!
