Beautiful room, lovely stay in excellent area of Rome. Convenient to many restaurants, Metro and things to see/do. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff were great. The property is very close to the train station and walkable to main attractions, which is a plus. However the AC wasn’t working and the bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Great location and comfortable stay

The service was excellent and the check in/check out was very simple. The room was not huge but as advertised. Alessio at the front desk was very helpful. The location couldn't be better. Walking distance to many of the main attractions and a very short walk to the metro and train station.

Perfectly adequate accommodation. Affordable, good location, easy place to rest your head after a day of exploring Rome. Felt safe, it was clean, and there’s bars & cafes close by. Very close to the train station & right across the street from the Opera House! They were very accommodating to store our luggage. Don’t expect overly luxurious or extensive amenities, just a nice place to crash. Would stay there again.

The staff was super friendly. We feel super secure because you have to acces the building with a code, then the floor with a card and then your room with a key, although we feel the area was pretty safe.

We booked a bit late so there weren’t too many options left to choose between the hotels.The location was good close to Termini station. The room itself and the cleaning were fine, although I was surprised to learn that fresh towels were only provided every other day. The hotel was very quiet so that was also a plus.The biggest issue was the water in the shower: it would turn cold in the middle of every shower, no matter the time of day, and the drain kept getting stuck. For the price we paid, I definitely expected a better experience. I even mentioned the cold water issue to the front desk, but the only response I got was, “probably a lot of people are showering at the same time » which was not true since we showered at different times and had the same issue.

A really good place to stay, walkjng distance to most things, safe neighborhood and fantastic staff. Noisy upstairs which was a bit annoying bit its a shared building. Definitely recommend.

We stayed 6 days in the property and we were extremely pleased with the service, staff, and location. Starting with the ease of communication, Nicolai and Valentina were very helpful with recommendations around the area as well as suggestions on transportation. The breakfast in the property was amazing. (8-10am) Our room was perfect! Even though this B&B is very central to all places we didn’t hear any noises from the outside streets. The hotel is close to the train station. The room is not soundproof as I could hear outside noise and had a problem falling and staying asleep. There was also noise from a unit near by sounding like a dryer running almost continuously. It was clean. I also had an issue trying to get the door to the street to open.

Great location. Room was quaintly decorated in antiques. Loved the barrel ceiling and the baroque like furniture. Refrigerator in room hidden behind the curtain a plus. Nice window opens to the courtyard. My only complaint is that they didn't have any coffee in the morning!
