There was a slight discrepancy in the room I booked and the room I was given, however it was quickly resolved. The breakfast had a good variety of items. The location near Termini train station is terrific and played a huge part in my decision to stay there.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Well located withinn an easy walk from railway termini. Lots of dining options surrounding. Property is quite basic.
Centrally located and a short walk from the train station made it an easy and convenient hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable and the service was friendly. We also enjoyed the included breakfast.
Nice place to stay and enjoy your time, nice staff and good breakfast also the staff in restaurants was nice and friendly
Thank you,
I hope to helping people to carry on their luggage
The room was clean and staff friendly. A/C but no fridge or ice available. Nice breakfast with great cappuccino, pastries, yogurt and fruit. Walkable. Street was quiet at night. Close to Roma Termini. Bed was very hard, but this may be normal for Rome hotels.
The staff was very nice and helpful. They watched my luggage all day since I needed a place to store it in the morning before check-in. The room was small but had everything I needed for a night and was fine for the price. The hotel is very close to the entrance of Termini station, so it's perfect for anyone using Rome as a home base and taking day trips to other places around Italy.
The location of the hotel is fantastic as it’s right next to the train station which connects you to all parts of the city and to other cities in Italy. We stayed in a refurbished room which was very clean. There were small details that might deter you including the fridge not keeping your items cool and the shower door not closing all the way but this didn’t keep us from enjoying our stay. This biggest takeaway is how quiet the rooms are despite being in a busy area of town.
Close to train and bus station and walking distance to main attraction. Meter parking. Small outdated but clean. Some of the staff was nice others were rigid.
Hotel is just a few blocks from Termini station, convenient to go anywhere in Rome. The staff was great, specially the front desk and the breakfast room staff. Room was big (for europe), and clean. The area outside is not so nice at night, but the hotel is overall a great choice. Would recommend and will stay here again.
Close to train station but far enough to be away from the noise and traffic. Very comfortable bed and updated bath with good shower. Breakfast was plentiful. Staff very friendly. Good choice.

This hotel really needs improvement, especially the bathroom, considering the its price. I don’t think people could stay more than 1 day because you can’t take a relax shower , you are always worried the shower curtain will cover you. Cleanses is another concern even the sheet and pillows are clean enough. Only recommend for train and air transit stay
Great service, very quiet. Made the mistake of staying at another hotel close by another night and it was on a busier street with too much noise. This hotel was very quiet, in a room not facing the street. A good night sleep is always appreciated.
The building’s exterior is in need of a fresh coat of paint to appear more presentable. Despite its convenient location near Termini and the surrounding busy area, its current appearance feels somewhat uninviting. Additionally, the bathtub is in poor condition and was not adequately cleaned, making it unsuitable for use. Overall, the property would benefit from a comprehensive renovation.
Front staff very nice and friendly. Room floor and bedsheets were clean Room was shabby worn, aged and walls were dirty. Stayed only long enough to book another hotel. Max stay 1 hour. The area is what it is. Convenient to rail metro and hundreds of restaurants and shops
Ok heres the deal folks; You need a reasonably priced hotel in central Rome for your trip? This is the one to go with. Hotel is very nice, quiet, clean - a great choice
Youll be next door to Termini station - perfect
One thing to consider - Termini area is a little sketchy at night. I didnt have any bad experiences but theres an influx of homeless and unsavoury characters around the station late at night
The hotel is well sited near the main railway station with good links to all parts of Rome. Stayed there in November with two single rooms on different floors
The hotel was comfortable and the facilities were good. The hotel was generally quite but the rooms on the first floor found the reception area was sometimes a little noisy late at night with guest returning or arriving.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were well serviced every day.
The buffet breakfast was fine although a little tight for space when collecting items from the buffet area.
Overall though we very pleased with the stay, and would recommend the hotel.
The room I had was quite good and big. Plenty of space for two people and nice bathroom. Internet was also very good and consistent. Air conditioning worked and was good.
Area surrounding hotel isn't great but that's what you get for the convenience of the train station. They also collect your key every time you leave the hotel but the reception is 24hrs. At night they lock the front door too so you have to ring/knock to get them to open it.
