The entire experience with the Kennedy Hotel was great with the exception that I don't recall seeing in Expedia that the single rooms are NOT in the hotel itself but in the annex across the street and there was no handicapped entrance so you have to haul your suitcases up the stairs in both areas although the lovely staff at reception helped whenever asked and the very nice man that walked me over to the annex dealt with the stairs and my luggage feom reception, across the street, up the stairs to the Annex doors, up the stairs to the hallway and right into my room. The room was very clean and much quieter than I thought it would be across the street from Termini Station.

Hotel close to termini bus/train station lots of nice shops in station, lots of restaurants, shops near by walking distance our room was clean and tidy very spacious, nice continental breakfast staff nice and helpful, hotel about a 15/20 min walk to colloseum.

Location perfect near by many restaurants and supermarkets and main trein station of Rome with the direct buss to the airport. Clean rooms and good beds .minus point there was no refrigerator in the rooms and around 3 o'clock in the nights alot of noises because of the services for the surrounding facilities .

There was a slight discrepancy in the room I booked and the room I was given, however it was quickly resolved. The breakfast had a good variety of items. The location near Termini train station is terrific and played a huge part in my decision to stay there.

Hotel is just a few blocks from Termini station, convenient to go anywhere in Rome. The staff was great, specially the front desk and the breakfast room staff. Room was big (for europe), and clean. The area outside is not so nice at night, but the hotel is overall a great choice. Would recommend and will stay here again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They watched my luggage all day since I needed a place to store it in the morning before check-in. The room was small but had everything I needed for a night and was fine for the price. The hotel is very close to the entrance of Termini station, so it's perfect for anyone using Rome as a home base and taking day trips to other places around Italy.

Excellent Stay!

Great service, very quiet. Made the mistake of staying at another hotel close by another night and it was on a busier street with too much noise. This hotel was very quiet, in a room not facing the street. A good night sleep is always appreciated.
