The place is quiet, convenient and just 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. The room is clean, spacious and has basic amenities. The TV is not working and we’re having trouble with the toilet flush. Marco is kind for buying us croissants every day and he is also very attentive to the needs of his guests. Overall experience is positive.

Very spacious unit, clean ,quiet and only 3 rooms to rent so it was very cozy. It was within walking distance to the Vatican and other sites. Taxi stand close by, we took one to the Collesum, then walked back to the rental stopping at several cathederals an other sites.

Nice comfortable room. The shower was a bit too small, even for European standards but still comfortable enough. The breakfast was ok. Far better than any American hotel, but we missed the fresh tart we got in other bed and breakfasts in Italy. Well located, super close to the Vatican, and within walking distance to Trastevere and downtown Rome.

We had a great stay here. We walked to see everything we wanted (colosseum about 35 mins walk, St Peter’s Square about 3 mins etc). The owner was helpful, particularly when BA cancelled our flight he helped us arrange an airport taxi late at night for the next morning.Fresh croissant for breakfast each morning. A comfortable stay. If we return to Rome we would definitely look to stay here again.

This property was an excellent B&B, with private bathroom, table and chairs in the room, with a shared kitchen. It was very close walk(10 minutes) to Vatican City. One bus (64)from Rome train station (Roma Termina), and then just a block over to this little gem. All kinds of restaurants right in the area (at least 20). It is definitely walkable to all the sites of central Rome, or by bus if you prefer. The property owner is an excellent host, with a willingness to help with any questions you may have about the area, and provides a very nice continental breakfast. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Excelente ubicación, cerca del transporte público, caminando se llega a Plaza de San Pedro y a otros puntos de interés. La habitación limpia, con camas cómodas, y un aire acondicionado genial. Pero lo mejor de la experiencia sin dudas es Marco! es un super anfitrión: es amable, no encontrábamos el lugar cuando llegamos y salió a buscarnos; a pesar que era cerca de la media noche. Tenía de todo en su cocina para nosotros, en las mañanas nos llevaba croissant. Volvería sin pensarlo, ha sido una experiencia inmejorable y sumamente recomendable.

I would totally recommend staying here! Marco was lovely and helped me with everything I needed. The B&B is cozy, quiet and comfortable and in a perfect location. They have a small kitchen area where you can prepare anything including the food that is given to you for breakfast. I can’t say enough positive things! I will stay here ne t time I’m in Rome!

3 night stay, 6th-9th June 2022

Small B&B only 3 rooms, very homely, safe, clean and comfortable. Owner on hand if needed, living on site, but not in your way. All ensuite rooms with good air conditioning. Rooms cleaned daily. Plenty of towels. Extra pillows and blankets available. Wi-fi good, we didnt use TV. Good breakfast, the owner brought us fresh croissants each morning and asked which type we would prefer (we left a small tip for this on the morning we left as we felt this was an added bonus). Access to shared kitchen at all times, different types of coffee, tea, chocolate, milk and juices available. Ownder provides bread, ham, cheese, eggs, yoghurts, cereals, biscuits, butter, jam, nutella, honey, peanut butter, crisps, nuts, oils etc all available to use to create own breaksfast or snack yourself at any time of day. Great location, 2 streets away from Vatican City, close to public transport, shops and restaurants. We were able to walk to popular sites such at Trevi fountain and Collaseum from here. A lovely place, wish we had more time to stay longer! Thank you!!!
