Lovely hotel. Yes it isn’t modern and it located by termini station so there were some questionable characters around but never left unsafe! The rooms have everything you need, comfortable and quiet. Staff were super helpful and kind. Great location! Around 20 min walk to the colosseum which was perfect! Can’t complain!

So 100% this hotel was good value for money and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. It was not the most modern hotel, a couple of areas could have done with fresh carpets and a tidy up. We had to ask when/where breakfast was, as this was not something we were told. If you walk the most direct route to the hotel from the station, you will walk past the odd sleeping homeless person as the Church on the corner appears to have a drop in. Good to see a church actually helping people and this is NOT THE HOTELS FAULT, but take a longer route would be my recommendation if you are pushing a stroller.

Good property with good location- close to public transport. A bit further from central attractions but walkable-will note it’s all uphill from attractions on the way home. Staff were polite and check in was easy. Had ground floor room near bathrooms which was slightly noisy with transit traffic

Great hotel

The hotel is simple, safe, with a good breakfast . The neighborhood is convenient because of the central location, near the Termini Station, which is very busy, but has a lot of homeless people around.

This hotel felt like home away from home! The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff and service is excellent, its a family business and everyone was very welcoming. Breakfast was good and they have an amazing garden / terrace for some quiet time amidst the hustle in Rome. Its walking distance from Termini station and close to key landmarks in the city.

Serene and beautiful

Beautiful hotel, located in the city centre but it's quiet, saw some tenants enjoying reading in the small garden. Room window has a curtain that can be remote controlled which was awesome Air conditioner was cool, rooms was small but pretty and has necessary amenities Great stay, very recommended
