Great Stay

I had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It's a little far from Rome center, but there's a bus you can take right from the hotel parking lot that takes you to Tiburtina metro. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Star.

I'm to be honest very satisfied about this hotel! The staff is very nice, drinks & food are also nice! The hotel was actually in the middle of nowhere, at first it was so stressful but after awhile I got used to it. I would not visit again though, because I wanted to be closer to the center of Rome! If you're by car this hotel is nice to go to!

Perfect mid trip overnight stop driving from Florence to Naples. Self serve laundromat only 1 km away - clean clothes for the rest of our crazy road trip! Arrived late after desk closed, but clear instructions were left at the friendly tavern / coffee shop right next door (I think a business partner maybe?). Limited parking but we felt safe.

I always try and stay positive, but we awoke to an ant infestation with ants crawling on us. We stripped the beds to see where they were coming from and found urine coloured stains on mattresses. Manager would not work with Hotels.com to get our money back for next night we paid for and could never stay at. Please avoid until this property puts clients first. Waiting to see if Hotels.com will protect our interests. Will update if resolutions are made.

Struttura facile da trovare su strada di forte passaggio. Accoglienza davvero cortese e professionale. Camera silenziosa,ampia e pulita. Parcheggio privato gratuito. Adiacente un locale con tabacchi a aperto h 24. Davvero eccezionale se avete la vostra auto. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO!!!

Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati molto bene, è molto comodo per fare una sosta di 1/2 notti per dormire se devi affrontare un viaggio lungo.. L'unico reclamo che facciamo è che la colazione è un pò scarsa secondo noi ci vorrebbe più scelta sia nel bere, sia nel cibo.. Per il resto veramente il top, accoglienza, pulizia della camere ecc.. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. È molto comodo perchè se si arriva dopo l'orario del chek-in ti mandano via sms tutte le istruzioni per poter accedere autonomamente con i codici all'hotel e alla tua camera.. Grazie della vostra accoglienza e disponibilità a presto. Chiara & Antonino.

Nous sommes très satisfait de notre semaine passée dans cet hôtel. Nous l’avons trouvé propre, bien situé avec les commodités alentour (restaurant de l’hôtel, café/tabac, parking gratuit, station service, autres restaurants à proximité et à environ 25 minutes en voiture du centre de Rome ou du Vatican). Personnel très accueillant et bienveillant. Mon conjoint est en fauteuil roulant et la chambre est bien adaptée. Je recommande.

Hotel Star

Do not be kidded by the write up on the hotel.com website. I booked a triple room so that I could have a kitchenette with a small fridge. There was no kitchen no fridge and not even a kettle. The indicate a king size and single bed. The king size was two singles pushed together which continually parted during the night. I ordered a steak in the restaurant that i would not have fed to my dog. Avoid like the plague.
