Clean and comfortable. Good service. Very close to the train station making it very convenient to travel in Rome. Easy commute to the airport. Very safe place. Lot of good places to eat. Enjoyed the stay.

The room was nice but the air conditioning unit was woefully inadequate for the room. We sweltered all night and had to open the window to let in air.

Erg vriendelijk personeel en fijn hotel als je met een budget zit. Het enige is dat de kamers vrij gehorig zijn, dus niet fijn als je hele lichte slaper bent

nuestra experiencia como familia de cabeza fue muy nefasta, solo llegar a la puerta del Hotel, mmm no me esperaba la recepcion asi de simple, en el cual, en la foto que hay que tienen 2 mesas, nos indican que ahí, es el desayuno, y que sino lo llevan a la habitacion, lo 2º, nos mandan a una habitacion con un ventanal alto y sin balcones parecia una carcel, la cual nos quejamos al Hotel, y decidimos que alli no queria mi mujer estar xq se sentia engañada x las fotos cuando decidieron de cambiarnos a otro Hotel que bueno, para no ser tan desastroso el dia ya, nos conformamos con el tipo de habitacion, x lo demas en ROMA muy bien y bonito.

좋은 숙소입니다. 가성비 괜찮은 곳.

투어상품 일정 마치고 늦은 밤이라 최대한 가까운 곳으로 잡느라 산타마리아마조레대성당 근처로 적은 비용에 24시간 영업이라 선택했습니다. 데스크는 친절하고 방도 가격대비 좋았는데 주변이 조금 무서웠던 것 빼곤 괜찮았어요. 다음날 아침 짐 맡기고 로마관광 좀 하다가 베네치아로 이동했는데 짐도 친절히 맡겨줘서 좋았습니다.

La habitación está bien en relación precio calidad, es limpia, cómoda para 2 personas. La gente que atiende en el hotel es muy amable. La ubicación es buena para quien utilice la estación de Termini, de lo contrario, si bien no es mala, elegiría otra zona para hospedarme. Lo único que no es muy agradable son los contenedores de basura que están en la entrada ya que siempre están llenos. No sé si esto depende del hotel, pero podría ser un aspecto a mejorar. El resto todo excelente.

comodo , pratico , ci siamo trovati molto bene

scelto piu di altro perche zona centrale vicino a termini e i mezzi , non aspettavo molto , ma la stanza e il personale sono proprio quelle della foto , stanza e servizio sono quelli da 3 stelle , colazione in camera servita dal personale educato , stanza bellissima e con tutti i servizi e accessori , è una stella sola sicuramente perche in cortile interno ed è molto piccolo , e la stanza vista cortile , entrando puoi pensare chi sa cosa sara , ma poi sopra l'aspettativa , giudizio molto positivo , grazie, mi piacerebbe tornare

Hotel Chicago -> Adora Suite

Ho trascorso tre notti/due giorni a Roma; all'arrivo ci hanno trasferiti c/o una struttura nelle vicinanze (Adora Suite - Via Turati 28), come da foto e come da aspettative: la camera era confortevole, silenziosa, ben pulita e ben arredata, soprattutto stando al rapporto qualità/prezzo. La colazione, in camera, era buona, grazie anche alla cordialità della sig. Nadia (che ringrazio infinitamente - ho avuto la febbre e mi ha procurato dei medicinali, è stata apprensiva come solo una Madre sa fare).

Instalações diferentes do contratado. Enganação.

O quarto fornecido não se encontra no hotel contratado. Ao chegarmos fomos convidados a caminhar arrastando as malas até outra rua nas proximidades do hotel (para uma região ainda mais feia do que a do Hotel Chicago). Não deveria ser considerado hotel. Trata-se de uma suíte localizada num prédio bem antigo sem recepção. Quarto razoavelmente limpo. Pouco cheiro de mofo. Apesar de se situar a apenas 400 metros do Roma Termini e termos feito o trajeto a pé até o terminal, a região não é tranquila. Péssimo café da manhã apenas servido no quarto. Deve-se estar atento. Não recomendável. Enganação. Não vale o risco. Existem outros hotéis muito melhores na localidade.

Ao fazer a reserva, informei que estava grávida para não ser surpreendida, caso o hotel não tivesse elevador, e meu marido ter que carregar de escada as nossas malas. Eles foram bastante gentis e nos colocaram num quarto que fica no térreo e é destinado a deficientes. O único ponto negativo é que no banheiro não havia box; então, quando tomávamos banho, o banheiro ficava todo molhado. O quarto é enorme e com uma cama super confortável. Apesar de o quarto ser limpo diariamente, as toalhas não foram trocadas durante toda nossa estadia (4 diárias). A localização é excelente, o hotel fica bem próximo às estações de ônibus e metrô, e dá pra ir pra vários pontos turísticos caminhando. A equipe do hotel foi bastante simpática e solícita conosco.

Wij hebben niet in het hotel zelf gezeten. Wij werden gebracht naar een andere locatie. het waren zeer ruime slaapkamers met een goede badkamer. Het was zo goed als nieuw. Het zag er perfect uit. In de ochtend werd je ontbijt gebracht en dan kon je kiezen of je at op je kamer of in het halletje waar 2 tafeltjes stonden. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een echte aanrader ook qua locatie.

Hotel Chicago'ya çok yakın farklı bir suite bizi götürdüler, henüz yeni yapılmış çok temiz bir yerdi.Oda gayet büyük ve tüm eşyalar çok yeniydi. Oda kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Roma Terminiye 5 dakika mesafede, merkeze de yakın.. Bu konumdan her tarafa yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz.Biz Metro kullanmadık.

方便又乾淨的旅社，員工都很好

雖然check in和入住的地點不一樣，員工帶我們過去順便幫忙拉行李，仔細的解釋鑰匙的使用，人很好很幽默。房間地理位置佳，有電梯！！乾淨舒適，藍色的床單窗簾椅墊整個很放鬆。早上送早餐的阿姨很可愛，會記得我們的需求，人也很好。蠻不錯的入住體驗

Hotel near Termini Station

I shared a room at Hotel Chicago with a friend for a 3 night stay in Rome. The hotel is a short walk from Termini Station. The staff were very helpful, the room was clean with white linen and a comfortable size for 2 people sharing. The towels were an odd material for towels but clean and white. There is a safe in the room to store valuables. There is also a hairdryer and fridge/minibar. Small tv but not a problem as we did not really have time to watch tv. No kettle in room. No elevator, staff carried my bag up for me on check in. Thankfully I was only on the first floor above ground so I managed to carry it down 1 flight on check out. Overall good stay.

Bom custo x benefício

O hotel possui boa localização por ser perto da estação Termini, a principal de Roma, embora a rua possua uma grande quantidade de camelôs e não seja uma localização bonita visualmente, é razoavelmente próximo também ao Coliseu (1,3 Km), possui um bom custo benefício, café da manhã simples, mas suficiente. O aquecedor do quarto funcionou bem, o wi-fi funcionou um pouco lento, mas funcionou, o quarto era bem limpo, enfim, dormimos duas noites e foi satisfatório.

Estancia bastante agradable, buena atención, buena ubicación, buen desayuno, buen Internet. Totalmente recomendable. :)
