Le lenzuola puzzavano, i mobili erano pieni di cassetti...inutilizzabili perchè pieni di polvere e schifezze, il bagno (in comune) sempre pieno di asciugamani e accappatoi buttati qua e là, il personale delle pulizie, tra l'altro fastidioso, non è mai passato a pulire la stanza (almeno la mia) per la durata di tutto il soggiorno. I condomini del piano di sotto (la struttura è un appartamento di un condominio) parecchio rumorosi, anche in piena notte.

Arrivo all’indirizzo inviatomi e carico di bagagli non trovo nessuno. Telefono e mi comunicano che ero stato spostato ad una sede diversa... ricarico i bagagli e arrivo alla nuova destinazione! Tutto totalmente diverso dall’inserzione! Sporcizia, ruggine e mancanza di portasciugamani nei servizi! Parcheggio fornito come gratuito era in strada! Peccato che erano tutti occupati e addirittura in doppia fila! Tassa di soggiorno richiesta diversa da quella pubblicata nell’inserzione! Colazione? Brioche confezionate, caffè in cialda, succo mono gusto!!! Nonostante avessi prenotato per 2 notti, sono scappato!!!! Hello Roma? No grazie!! Bye Bye Roma!!!

Più che un B&B lo definirei un Bed e basta. A disposizione per la colazione veramente poco. La camera molto easy, senza comodini, senza punto per accensione/spegnimento luci vicino al letto, una sola presa elettrica. Porta del bagno si apriva con difficoltà, porta d'ingresso principale si apriva/chiudeva con difficoltà. Quando qualcuno lasciava l'appartamento arrivavi (o uscivi) e trovavi la porta d'ingresso principale aperta perché senza chiavi non riuscivi a chiuderla. A parte questo il resto positivo.

Really enjoyed our stay ,aldo was very helpful and always contactable .Room was spotless ,tea and coffee available at all times ,wifi was reliable .breakfast was help yourself continental style .hotel was very close to sao paulo basillica metro ,15 mins to termini ,just 10 mins to colloseum. Hotel felt very secure ,and was quiet .We would thorougly recommend it for a break in rome and would definetly return .

We had a nice stay at Hello Roma B&B. The neighborhood is just out of the tourist area but it is one block from the metro station you can take to the town center. Would stay again!

Reservamos habitacion doble con baño privado, y al final era compartido, un dia nos desperto el timbre de la puerta, y me tuve que levantar yo a abrir , porque no habia nadie para atender , golpes de puertas todo el dia, y el desayuno todo industrial o de bote, malo....

La struttura pulita, e confortevole situata in buona posizione e ben collegata. Le uniche pecche sono la mancanza dell’asciugacapelli e di un bagnoschiuma che li ritengo servizi essenziali.

Discreto ma migliorabile per alcuni aspetti

Il B & B è situato in zona EUR a circa 400m dalla fermata della metro B S. Paolo, quindi in un punto abbastanza strategico. Si compone di 4 camere e 2 bagni. La camera in cui ho soggiornato io era la singola più piccola. L'hotel è tenuto in buone condizioni e complessivamente ordinato e pulito. I bagni sono comfortevoli. Ma qualcosa non mi è piaciuto: i continui cigolii del letto e sopratutto l'assenza di serrande, con l'aggravante di veneziane rotte che facevano entrare molta luce disturbando il sonno. In compenso camera discretamente arredata e accogliente. Facendo fronte alle criticità rilevate potrebbe ottenere una valutazione ancora migliore, visto il potenziale.

This is NOT a place to stay

The description available here does not reflect how this "hotel" really is. There is no hygiene kit, not even soap! The breakfast is horrible! No bread, no fruit, no cheese, nothing fresh. There is no minibar in the room, only one shared with all the other guests. They don't clean the room nor change towels during the days you stay there. There is no reception, and the address we were sent to was different than the advertised. In the middle of the night we were waken up by the loud noise of other guests. The owner tried to charge us for the parking, even though the reservation said it was free. I really don't recommend it.

personale gentilissimo ma pessima struttura

Il proprietario gentilissimo, ma la stanza puzzava di fumo e sotto al cuscino ho trovato dei centesimi (quindi non era molto pulito il letto). Colazione povera e bagno non proprio pulito. A parte la gentilezza del proprietario e la posizione vicino la metro e la Basilica San Paolo, non la consiglierei se non migliorano la pulizia e le camere con mobili più adeguati.

Buono, ma il minimo indispensabile

Zona ideale per i nostri impegni e comunque ben collegata al resto della città poiché molto vicina alla fermata della metro. Quartiere tranquillo, silenzioso e abbastanza carino. Check-in efficiente e rapido. Personale simpatico e disponibile. Camera molto semplice, poco arredata ma comunque consono al pernottamento per pochi giorni. Abbastanza pulita, letto comodo e profumato. Bagno piccolo e senza bidet, scarsa qualità e pulizia. Colazione mediocre, non per i cibi, comunque poco vari, ma per gli elettrodomestici e la pulizia: tazze sporche e abbiamo dovuto giocare con le prese per far funzionare la macchinetta del caffè ed il formo a microonde. Nel complesso la struttura ha del potenziale, ma la poca cura nelle piccole e grandi cose non restituisce un buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Convenient and clean apartment near U. of Rome III

Stay was great. The owner picked me up from the airport and also dropped me off for a reasonable fee. Very friendly people and great little apartment, close to the centre of Rome.

Giusto e comodo.

La struttura presenta una buona posizione in una zona ben servita, nonostante i trasporti a roma siano sempre un pò difficili. Buon punto di partenza, soprattuto per girare un pò quartieri come tastaccio, trastevere e garbatella. Il b&b è abbastanza pulito, anche se il bagno privato un pò piccolo e senza finestra. Molto buono la possibilita di accedere ad un piccolo frigo comune nella sala colazione ed ad alcune cose per poter cucinare qualcosa di semplice. Io la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato nel weekend. Cosiderando tutto non tra i più economici ma nemeno tra i più cari. Menzione speciale per il titolare che è stato molto disponibile e cortese. Ci faremo sicuramente un pensierino al prossimo soggiorno a Roma.

Your room in Rome

It was like having my own place in Rome. The room was big enough for two people, which I had all to myself, and the metro was a short walk which connected straight to the Colosseum. The hot water was a bit tricky (just like my real home) but manageable. The breakfast is not much to be honest, but you can buy things if you need, and also have a great cup of coffee and other drinks are there in the fridge all day. Aldo was very helpful from check-in to check-out. I would definitely come back on my next trip to Rome(which will be soon, I hope).

after the booking i was sent to another place!!!

bad. they sent me to another place (more cheap) without telling me the address, only after 5 phone calls and sms... he was even claiming that I didn't have any booking, the same morning as the reservation was supposed to be. and there was not any language misunderstanding, we speak the same language!!! they asked me to pay the town tax even if they haven't register me with passport and so on... so overall bad impression...

Ok pour le prix

+: sdb propre, bien situé proche du métro Basilica de San Paulo, calme. -: chambre laide (pas montrée sur les photos): défraîchie, murs sales, mobilier démodé, rideaux affreux. Pas de tv, après 2 réclamations j'en ai finalement eu une comme promis dans le descriptif. Demandé pour changer de chambre mais pas possible alors qu'une plus moderne se libérait ce jour-là. Personnel absent et seulement joignable par téléphone (sauf femme de ménage). Pas de plan de ville ni autres infos disponibles.

You feel you live in your own home

I was there for 5 days and choice of staying in this B&B was perfect as it's near food/metro and everything that anybody needs. It is in a quite building -- 5th floor of an apartment. The owner is very helpfull and nice guy. You'll feel you are in ur own home not a hotel or something, I recommand this in any case.

Soggiorno di lavoro a Roma per una settimana, in zona ben servita, ottimo per chi utilizza il trasporto pubblico per gli spostamenti, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro B fermata S. Paolo.

Globalement bien

La chambre était bien tenue, même si le lit grinçait un peu. Aldo était très serviable, et Claudia, la femme de ménage, était adorable. Petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner continental : il se compose systématiquement d'une tarte au chocolat sèche, de biscottes et/ou de croissants industriels qui ont plutôt le goût de brioches.
