The property was super clean and in an amazing location for getting to all of the major attractions. The reception makes it super easy to check in when they’re not there, it’s very detailed. I would highly recommend staying here, it’s a great deal. If we come back to Rome, we would stay here again.

We had an initial itch with the check in since I have to spend some time on the phone with Expedia to understand how to get the info to do the self check in .After this,everything went smoothly and I really appreciate the kindness of the staff in accomodating my request. The location is fantastic. The building where the guest house is, is a bit run down but the room is clean,conformable and it had everything we needed.

Helt greit, bra beliggenhet

Rommet har en perfekt beliggenhet, nært til det meste av serverdigheter. Vi hadde rom 104 og der var det dessverre sølvkre. Rommet var rent sett bort i fra det, og han som vasket der var hyggelig. De kunne dog ha skrubbet bort kalk og fettrester /såperester fra listene på dusjen og generelt på badet. To andre ting var at air-condition trenger service. Den blåser luft, men det blir hverken varmt eller kaldt. Vi sa i fra om det, men det ble ikke bedring uansett. Den siste tingen som bekymret oss var at kjøleskapet var brannfarlig i den forstand at det står inn i skapet uten lufting. Noe som gjorde at kjøleskapet ikke ble kaldt inni , bare glohett inne i selve skapet og i skuffen. Drikken ble kaldere om vi hadde oppe skapet det sto inne i. Rom 104 er det rommet som har den store sølvmaska på veggen (for å kunne referere til de som evt måtte lese anmeldelsen)

Na ja, man konnte fur dieses Preis was besseres finden, und eine bessere Service bekommen, das Internet funktioniert nur auf Toiletten obwohl die 3 Router haben, und die Wände sind sehr sehr dun, man kann ales von überall Horen, es ist nur eine große Apartment die auf 4 Zimmer geteilt wurde ist nicht mal eine richtige Pension, und wir mussten vor Check in 30 min vor der Tür warten, obwohl eine da war, habe die keine richtige Klingel wo du klingeln kannst, wir mussten erstmal jemand andres anrufen die Bescheid gegeben hat das wir da sind und 15 min danach wurde uns die Tür geöffnet. Das Gaste Haus ist sehr versteckt und Schwert zu finden. Ist im 4 Stock die haben zwar eine Fahrstuhl aber wir konnte es nie benutzen weil es nie kam, das einzige Gutes ist die Lage, man kann wirklich von da überall zu fuß aber es gibts in der Nahe auch andre schöne Hotels.

A hidden gem in a great location

Had a lovely stay at Guest House Grazioli The location is amazing, all the main sites are a short walk away. There is an Irish pub, shop and plenty of places to eat about a minute walk away The room we had was a perfect size for us as a couple staying for 5 nights. It was clean and well maintained. There is no staff located in the guest house but they come in every day to clean and offer any help or advice. If you do need to talk to someone there is a phone number to call, but to be honest there is everything you need so there’s no need to make a call. The rooms are all next door to each other but you don’t hear anything from any other rooms Would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Rome next year

INSUFFICIENTE

Spinta alla prenotazione da foto scattate ad opera d'arte e dalla centralissima posizione, ho scelto questo b&b per un soggiorno lavorativo (per fortuna di una sola notte) a Roma. Ad accogliermi, oltre che lo scortese (e ritardatario) proprietario, una montagna di spazzatura all'interno dell'androne del condominio. La camera non è dotata ne' di bidet ne' tanto meno delle dotazioni necessarie, a mio avviso, per permettere a questa struttura di essere aperta al pubblico (per esempio confezioni monodose di shampoo/bagnschiuma/sapone). Per concludere in bellezza, non è stato possibile pagare la tassa di soggiorno se non in contanti e ovviamente senza ricevere ricevuta alcuna (ne cartacea ne come richiesto via mail) pertanto, vista la natura del mio soggiorno, essendo impossibilitata a documentare la spesa non verrò mai nemmeno risarcita dalla società per cui lavoro.

Perfect location, nice rooms but a bit noisey

The first task is finding the hotel (look for the green door) - as it’s not sign posted and is basically on a floor in a building. As there is no reception, the hotel do call you in advance to ensure someone is there to meet you. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The only downside was that it was quite noisey, not just from cars outside but from the building works (in the building) which went on from 7am, mon-fri. If you’re out all day exploring and don’t want to sleep in the next day, then it’s perfect. However, on the plus side the location of the hotel is perfect. Within easy walking distance to the colosseum, pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.

Je n’ai pas du tout aimé devoir payer 15 euro de plus pour « late check in » pour être arrivée à 19h30. Le responsable qui m’a téléphoné pour savoir l’heure d’arrivé ne m’à pas informé et il n’y avait rien sur la confirmation de réservation. Pas bien du tout.

Great place for backpackers

First and foremost its a nice place in the heart of rome. Super convenient and amazing if you are just comming and going. When you check in, there is no front desk or anything like that. You go in, and hand you the keys and collect local taxes and take pictures of your ID or passport. So at first its super sketchy but after that your fine for the rest of your trip. I wish that they would be a lil more professional and have a form that you fill out and and understanding between you and the place that they wont use your ID in any bad way because at first it comes across sketchy. The room is amazingly beautiful. Well taken care of and they do housekeeping every morning. At night it can be a bit noisy because of the paper thin walls and it all depends on how nice the other people staying there are in terms of trying to keep quiet.
