If you are looking for luxury, this is not the hotel to stay at. However, you’re visiting Rome and not spending time in a hotel room. We had air conditioning a clean, safe room and clean bedding and essentials. We had the essentials of a clean bathroom, clean room and simple breakfast. This is the place to stay.

The location was so isolated, it was quiet. This was wonderful. I wish the Hotel would have a Dinner Buffet as well as a Breakfast Buffet. The Staff took care of every issue, and were very polite.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my young family. Originally, no crib for baby when we arrived and when it did, it was broken. No hot/boiling water available to prep baby bottles, when asked at reception they were unempathetic and asked me to look elsewhere. I had to walk over a mile at 12am to find a bar that could issue water. Upon check out, staff just snatched my key card off me. Breakfast is a big positive as well as cleanliness, but overall would not stay again.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staffed was incredibly nice. Starting from Momo, Luigi, cleaning staff, breakfast staff were awesome. Momo was so servicial and nice. Recommend this hotel highly!!!

Great service from the staff. Breakfast was good, but could use some variety so not the same food each day. Water backed up in drains, and that was not great. Other than that, pretty cool place!

Great property. Front desk staff was great! When we got there our room AC was not working and the front desk lady went above and beyond to help us! She also advised us how to order groceries since I was traveling late with a toddler that needed to drink milk. Comfortable room and amazing staff. The only down side is that is a little far from the city and you will have to either use public transportation or Uber, but if you’re willing to walk a little or pay extra for Uber is the right place for you.

The staff were really friendly and really helpful, the breakfast and breakfast room were nice. Unfortunately the bathroom had a nasty smell to it and the surrounding area wasn’t very nice. We didn’t feel entirely safe on the walk to the metro. It was noisy outside the room with things like deliveries being taken at 11pm. We probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Located far far away from the city in an isolated area, so getting there was expensive. Very under developed room. Only bed was good. Toilet was clean but shower area was ridiculously small even for a medium sized person. If you chose the shower door, its like being in a coffin. I leave it open and the rest of the toilet gets wet. Room had a funny pungent smell that i couldnt get rid off. It was smelly. Old furniture, analogue TV, safe box was fine. No space to put your luggage, use the bed. Dont think I'll come back here. Only good point were the staff, they always have a smile and made me feel welcomed. Property definitely needs renovation.
