First time trip to Rome

The room was great and newly renovated. On point for price. Communication with the hotel is subpar as I did not receive a response to 2 attempts to get check in instructions a couple days before arrival as I needed to figure out transportation. The check in address we were finally given the day before our departure was incorrect but thankfully it was on the way to the correct address. We were tired tho and really just wanted to get there, so better organization with check in instructions would help. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighboring room’s conversations perfectly. The second and third (and last) morning we were there we were awakened by construction noise from the renovation 2 rooms down at 0720. Then one of the workers enjoyed whistling loudly (and everything echos greatly bc of the brick and mortar construction) and it seemed like he was in our room with how loud it was. Not what anyone wants to listen to at 0720 whether dealing with jet lag or on holiday. Let us sleep a little please. Someone looking to stay for business who needs to be up early would definitely get value as the location is ideal for proximity to the termini station. My 18yr old daughter and I rolled our 50lb suitcases just fine to the hotel. The location is great in that regard but if you’re looking to get decent sleep, you may want to consider somewhere with better sound proofing or inquire if the construction is complete. A great place for breakfast is ristorante Viktorya nearby.

Don't exspect the Hilton or Mariott

This is the perfect hotel for the price point. Location is a few minute walk from Roma Termini. Excelent staff, friendly and helpful. Room was fine, clean, comfortable. I would stay here again, very affordable

The location of this guesthouse was good. It was very close to the train station. However, it was extremely noisy. You could hear anyone talking outside on the streets, sirens, people talking in the hallway. The fan in the bathroom turned on with the light and squealed the entire time the light was on in the bathroom. No one was there for check in. There is a guy in a store next door who had to call the front desk staff, that said they will be there in 5 mins but showed up 20-30 mins later. The same team runs multiple guesthouses that we stayed in and this was consistent check in of no one being there and waiting for someone to show up despite us telling them of estimated time of arrival ahead of time when we booked the place. The staff was friendly when they did arrive. The proximity to the train station and the price of this place is really the strong point. There are many restaurants, stores and cafes right below and along the street which are the strengths of this place.

Great and nice staff. Shower head needed to be replaced. Bed - they out 2 twin beds together as one so it was a bit awkward (not so comfortable bed) pillow was super flat. But every9elae was okay. Really closer to train station & big grocery store (Coop).

The checking was difficult. Not good signage and it took some time to have the owner show up. We saw him just long enough to get keys and show the place. The 3 nights we did not see him. We had an average breakfast each morning and the place was clean.The building front is under construction and the interior in run down but once in the area of the rooms it was updated.

It was hard to understand how to check in. The person at the lobby didn’t answer the door for fifteen minutes so we had to wait for someone to arrive to open the door. You can call, but we couldn’t because of our international cell forfeit. The reception is downstairs and it is an another name of hotel.

The advertised media for this property is intentionally misleading. THIS PRACTICE SHOULD BE STOPPED. Our booking was actually sub- let to another property some 600 metres from the book -in address which necessitated us dragging 7 suitcases over even more cobblestones. All concerned need to stop ripping people off including EXPEDIA!!!

Perfecto

Nosotros solo usamos el hotel para asearnos y dormir. Cumplía perfectamente su función. Limpio y cómodo, además de céntrico y justo al lado de la estación. Se nos retrasó dos horas el vuelo y nos esperaron hasta que llegamos para hacer el check in, algo que agradecemos muchísimo.

施設を悪く言いたくはありませんが、本当に「寝泊りできればいい」の人向けです。自分が勘違いしたので仕方ないのですが、電話で人を呼んで、建物に入るための鍵を預かるタイプでがっかりしました。 コンセントは一つが通電せず、浴室の照明は、叩くと灯る ような状態でした。最後は「住めば都」でしたが・・。 ただ、共同受付の人たちは、割と親切に対応して戴けました。場所はいいので、なんとも惜しい感じです。

Per una notte senza pretese va bene

Per una notte dopo un concerto, va più che bene. Il letto era comodo. C’era della polvere e il bagno con un po’ più d’attenzione, poteva essere pulito in maniera migliore, magari con l’utilizzo della candeggina e dell’anticalcare.

Locazione strategica vista la vicinanza qalla stazione termini e a 2 fermate di metropolitana - posto a bsso costo ma anche da basse aspettative. se serve un letto per dormire a Roma e non si vuole andare in ostello in camere condivise questo e' gisuto il "gradino" sopra.

j'ai bien aimé la proximité de la gare centrale et des transports au tour. Même à pied il y avait des endroits intéressants à visiter, comme le Colissée, la basilique Sainte-Marie Majeure ou La fontaine de Trevi. Autre aspect que j'ai bien apprécié c'est les commerces et restaurants à proximité.

Very clean, spacious, close to station

The room was very clean , comfortable and spacious. It was a room in a hotel floor in a huge building. The rest of the building was not part of the hotel. For breakfast, I was given a ticket to go to a local cafe down the street for coffee, one pastry and one fruit juice. I would go to this place again, but I would book a room without breakfast. The hotel receptionist was very helpful.

テルミニ駅に近く、交通、ちょっとした買い物ともにとても便利。とにかくリーズナブル。 ホテル入り口は見つけづらく、またその外観(雑居ビルの中)から、一瞬外ししまったかと思ったが、スタッフの対応も良く、全く問題がなかった。

Near the terminal station / low cost / ok

The room is good and has good location considering the price.. And the stuff was very great .. The only thing that wouldnt be so convenient if it's raining is to get out to go take the breakfast and the breakfast is only a coffee with a sweet cake or croissant.. We personally missed something salted or even any fruit.. But the coffee was so good.. I took cappuccino and liked it.. The elevator is a little bit old.. And we feel a little bit afraid in the beginning.. But its OK . I'm not specialist on this matter.. So in general is a good option for the people that wants to stay near the termini station with low cost..
