Clean room and friendly host. Close to Vatican. Came to visit Vatican. It worked out very well. For Vatican visit this is a nice place to stay. There is no sign outside. It is on 1st floor (one set of stairs up).

The room was comfortable for a few nights. The location was convenient, especially to bus stops and shopping around Vatican City.

Really nice and friendly service. The hotel was clean and more than enough for 5 days. The location is good if you want to take the subway or bus and is very close to the vatican. If you want to see the other side of the Tiber you have to walk for a couple of minutes but it didn't bother me. I would come again. Thanks :)

its a small hotel , I think it has only 5 rooms. its located in the great location close to the Vatican and public transportation. Close to an awesome fruit/meat market. Clean room, friendly host Very happy with this hotel.

A gem near the vatican,

This is a wonderful hotel located near the Vatican. Its staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect location in Rome

Very nice staying in this apartment and the host was so welcoming and friendly! Room was clean and the air-conditioning worked well. The location was perfect: near the metro station, bus stops and shops.

this is not a hotel, just an independent room in a b&b type place. need to open 3 locked doors to go to your room. fairly close to vatican city, but not so close to Rome central. almost ~10mins to nearest metro station. found it very hard to get taxis from the room, limited help from the b&b host.

Great, inexpensive hotel to stay in Rome. It was a little tricky getting in, but once we figured it out, it was easy. Because these rooms are in some kind of an apartment building, you have to ring in. The concierge was not there at the time that we arrived, so we were a little confused about the whole process. We ended up ringing in another 'hotel' and got help from him and he guided us in. Everything was further complicated because our call was not going through (we're from the USA), so trying to reach the hotel was frustrating.
