Great value for money! Lovely staff

Staff were lovely, great location and great value for money. Could be cleaner, a lot of dust especially underneath the bed. Maybe supply extra bedding during the winter months as a thin sheet is very little but other than that we had a wonderful time in Rome and in Dem Hotel!

Great

Great hotel. Very central and easy access. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is every other night it sounded like someone was walking around with a leaf blower at 3am for 10 minutes straight. But the actual hotel were great.

The stay was difficult, one room had a pull out cough only and was uncomfortable. The staff made promises to change the room and did not live up to that promise. Also, we were told a ride was included to local airport, however, a fee was requested for this service. The water pressure in the showers were low and barely provided a way to remain clean during visit in Rome.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was tiny, with no windows and barely any space to stand. The bathroom was ridiculously small and completely uncomfortable. There was no trash bin at all, and when we asked, the staff said “we don’t have one.” The fridge didn’t work, and basically nothing in the room was functional. When we tried to cancel and get our money back, they refused. This place is a scam and should not even be called a hotel. Stay away at all costs!

Værste “hotel”

Det havde intet med et hotel at gøre. Badeværelset lugtede konstant af kloak. Om natten blev der højlydt arbejdet en etage under os. Billederne er i den grad misvisende. Intet morgenbuffet kunne tilkøbes. Det var en kaffeautomat og 2stk små youghurt og mælk i køleskabet. Intet andet. Sengen var ok. Placeringen ok. Men bør slet ikke figurere som hotel. Alt er misvisende Slet det hurtigst muligt Rigtig dårlig reklame for jeres bureau.

L’emplacement est très bien pour aller visiter à pieds le centre de Rome. L’hôtel est très calme. Le personnel est souriant et très accueillant.

This is a 2* hotel not 3.5* like Travelocity has it! This is an old apartment complex turned into hotel. Very small, no room to move, noisy hallway, no one at front desk if I had any questions or problems, the breakfast is terrible, hardly anything there. What I saw in the pictures is nothing compared to reality. I only liked the location. We needed 3 keys to enter our room. Very very very disappointed!! I only went there because I thought the rooms are like the pictures. It was small, old, smelly!!! Not what I was expecting or what I paid for!!!!
