Anniversary trip

It was perfect room and close to all the amenities we were seeing on leg of our trip. It is a near a festive fountain, but we slept fine (the ear plugs were a kind offer). It was clean and stayed cool with either windows open or air running at night. Cute restaurant bar below with great breakfast and lunch options... also great dessert stop. Tons of restaurants for dinner steps from your door. Host was quick to check in and respond. Had lots of good referrals and tips. Would 100% stay again.

Fabulous!

Couldn’t be in a better location! Enjoyed the civility, kindness, and service of our contacts at the suite. They were there always when we needed them and went above and beyond to assist in any way they can. But at the same time, it feels like you have your own grand space in the center of Imperial Rome. So many areas to explore within steps. Enjoyed immensely and would highly recommend. Thank you again!

Simple and modern air B&B. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive any time of the day. We appreciated his recommendations. The building has a beautifully vintage charm. The apartment is located right next to a lively piazza (we appreciated the complimentary ear plugs), and is walking distance to many amazing bars (Drink Kong) and our new favorite sandwich shop (Fuorinorma), as well as pharmacy, convenience stores and souvenirs shops. The apartment was clean and bed was comfortable. It had some downsides: A small corner shower, the bathroom mirror light was finicky, so once we got it on we left it on. We asked for a do not disturb sign and spoke with the housekeeper declining the room service but she insisted on coming in. This made us a little uncomfortable. When we had trouble with the sink Lorenzo waited until we left and promptly got it fixed for us. Overall decent place but for first timers we recommend maybe find a place closer to the Roman sites near piazza novana.

Amazing stay at Rome

Amazing location! 3 blocks from colloseo and great service! Room was impeccable , clean and comfortable. We enjoy the area a lot! Is right next to this cozy piazza with wine stores around that seems to be a young local hang out place! Many restaurants around the area as well as local bars! Too good for the price! Jump on it!

Low quality hotel with broken appliances

The place was very low quality. The AC did not work so it was extremely hot the first night. The owner sent someone to fix it the second day for my two day trip. The toilet also would not flush. The whole experience was uncomfortable and do not recommend anyone stay here.

Hermoso hospedaje cerca del Coliseo

Espectacular la ubicacion y la atencion. El unico detalle que mencionaria es que para obtener el codigo para entrar hay que uno escribirle a ellos antes de llegar y no te envian el codigo 24hs de forma automatica. Nosotros no nos dimos cuenta de eso, y cuando llegamos no teniamos manera de entrar. Por suerte pudimos contactarnos via whatsapp y nos respondieron inmediatamente evitando un drama la primera noche. El aire acondicionado y la ducha estan excelentes y la cama tambien.

Dårlige fjedre i forældresengen. Kloaklugt på badeværelset trods udluftning og brug af alle afløb. Elendigt blandingsbatteri i bruseren, der også trænger til afkalkning. Kondens på badeværelsesgulvet ved døren ud til baggården. God mulighed for at tørre vådt tøj på den lille afsats mod baggården. Fantastisk beliggenhed i forhold til alle seværdigheder i klassiske Rom - få minutters gang fra Colosseum. Grundet central placering også meget larm fra gaden - husk ørepropper.

Bom custo-benefício

A estadia valeu a pena, principalmente pela localização. Dá para fazer tudo a pé, o que em Roma facilita muito. O quarto era confortável, a limpeza é feita a cada 2 diárias. Foram oferecidas 2 garrafas de água no frigobar, máquina para café com cápsulas, chaleira e chás. Foi tudo muito bem explicado e a comunicação ótima desde o primeiro momento. O principal ponto negativo foi que o chuveiro oscila a temperatura. O barulho da rua não chegou a me atrapalhar e foram oferecidos tampões de ouvido. O prédio possui elevador, porém é pequeno, com bagagem cabe apenas uma pessoa, mas também não foi nada prejudicial para nós.

Estadia deliciosa.... o local se parece mais com uma pousada do que com um hotel. A recepção é feita pela dona, que apresenta o apartamento e a redondeza. O local fica no epicentro das melhores atrações de Roma (10 minutos do Coliseum). Combinação perfeita de apartamento charmoso, próximo de restaurantes, bares, mercados. Recomendo negociar traslado entre aeroporto e o hotel com o pessoal do hotel

Stay was great! Location was fun and everything about the room and bathroom were very nice. Only thing was the AC could have been a little better - had to unplug the mini refrigerator because it was generating too much heat and AC wan’t too powerful. - not a dealbreaker as we were there in the hottest time. We’ll book again when we’re back. Loved everything else about it. Bed was very comfortable also.
