部屋が寒かった・・・

帰国前日、空港行きバス停近くという理由で選びました。 まず宿の場所がわからず困りました。というのも宿の名前が違っていたので通り過ぎてしまっていたのです。建物の入口には「Beautiful place in Roma」と書かれていました。 朝食無料のはずが朝食は付いていないと言われたので、説明交渉すると渋々付けてくれました。英文の予約確認書を持って行くことをお勧めします。朝食は一本隣りの通りにあるバールでパン１個とカフェ１杯のみでした。 部屋の暖房は鉄のパイプにお湯が通るイタリア古くからの暖房で、それだけでも寒いのに夕方７時頃には暖房が切れてしまいとても寒かった。。。

Pas un véritable hôtel

"Hôtel" à déconseiller pour du tourisme : ce sont des chambres dans un immeuble, sans petit-déjeuner. Beaucoup d'équipements cassés (sèche-cheveux, support de la douche, lunette des toilettes). Nous avons dû demander à trois reprises le remplacement d'une ampoule et à deux reprises une couverture supplémentaires. Le "lit double" était constitué de deux lits collés mais qui n'étaient pas à la même hauteur. Le sol était propre mais les rideaux et le dessus-de-lit ne semblent pas avoir été lavés depuis longtemps.

Best Location Rom

Vi bodde första natten precis vid receptionen och det var lyhört. Det var inte heller rent där. Hissen var skranglig och kunde bara ta en person. Ingen vattenkokare. Vi bad att få byta rum och då flyttade de oss till ett annat hotell som de också ägde, 2 minuters gångväg från det första boendet. Det var rent och fräscht med bättre standard. Det var också tystare. Bra hiss. Det fanns vattenkokare där också. Trevlig personal även om de hade dålig koll och inte kunde svara på våra frågor. Vi fick kolla på internet istället. Bra wifi som fungerade. Läget är bra, nära Termini-stationen. Kylskåp fanns men fungerade inte. Inga digitalkanaler på tv:n på hotellet vi fick byta till. Väldigt dåligt tryck i duschen.

Close to Termini Station...

The hotel rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was worried after reading other reviews, so I was pleasantly surprised. They were helpful with everything that I asked for - more towels, cleaning rooms, more toilet paper, shuttles, etc. The pictures are accurate. The complimentary breakfast was basic - cappuccinos or juices with rolls every morning. Again, for a family of 8 - this was helpful. The location was seriously the best though. We were able to travel with ease to the train station. The hotel had a working lift, so my elderly parents were able to get to the third floor with ease. Unfortunately, it was really loud, like "difficult sleeping" loud. Fights outside the windows; horns in the middle of the night - those were fairly routine. We were on the second floor. My parents had a room on the third floor, and it was quieter. I'm glad the staff made the recommendation to place them on the third floor. What would have made this place be ranked higher? Consider making the patio lined with chairs and add plants. I got welts from burning nettles because I sat on the brick ledge. I would have been angry if it had been one of the kids. Consider heavy curtains to block the noise. Consider murphy beds, and offer places to sit. Overall, I was very happy with the location. The price was inexpensive, so we were able to splurge on other items, like wine, food, tours, and bus tours. Thanks for the memories.

最高なコスパ、良い立地。

立地とコスパは最高、水道管に不具合が有りシャワールームは臭いが閉めて我慢。宿泊費を少しでも抑え食費等に使うという目的の元、何とか気にせず過ごせた。レセプションのバングラデシュ人はフレンドリーで安心して宿泊できた。この時期この値段で泊まれる場所は他にないのでこのレートではベストなチョイスだったかな。

Buena ubicación pero mal trato al huesped

El hotel tiene buena ubicación y buen precio, pero lo que no me gustó fue el trato al huésped que deja mucho que desear. Tuve una visita de un amigo y no querían dejarlo pasar a mi habitación porque era individual, nos trataron muy mal en ese momento y sólo era una visita, otra cosa que me molestó mucho fue que se me olvidaron unos tenis en la habitación y no respondieron por ellos, me dijeron que la persona que había limpiado mi habitación los había tirado, eso es inaceptable en cualquier hotel... si algo se le olvida al huésped lo deben de guardar unos días para saber si el huésped lo olvido.

Péssimo atendimento.

Tive uma experiência horrível, meu namorado chegou antes no hotel, pois estavamos vindo de lugares diferentes. Quando ele chegou no local simplesmente não tinha um quarto reservado, queriam que ele aguardasse até as 9h do dia seguinte para ter acesso ao quarto. Após a reivindicação da reserva o colocaram num quarto já usado, sem ter sido limpado, dizendo que descontariam as taxas de hospedagem na cidade e dariam 20 euros para compensar o problema, no dia seguinte, disseram que seriam 20 euros e iriam descontar as taxas de hospedagem, ou seja, acabamos tendo que pagar por um serviço que não tivemos.

地點很好， 離車站近附近也有吃的

飯店有兩個地方， 第一晚住的陽台一直有人走來走去再說話， 感覺不是很安全， 第二天換去隔壁街另一個飯店很不錯安靜乾淨廁所也很大， 只是剛好管路壞了沒熱水。。撐了兩天， 難得的經驗

1日目もっと安い別のところに案内してくれた。理由は団体旅行が多いので部屋が空いてない。 セフティボックスの保証金が10ユーロだったが、鍵を返した時小銭がないから8ユーロでどうって聞かれた。結局10ユーロのコインを返して貰った。

DEMASIADO CARO PARA LO QUE RECIBES

Luego de leer todos los comentarios, me aventuré a reservar por la ubicación. Llegamos por la noche, cuando lo ves no esperas algo bueno, pero entras y todo es cada vez peor. No había elevador en funcionamiento y la recepción es en el segundo nivel. Luego me indicaron que por no tener elevador me hospedarían en otro lugar como a 3 cuadras (más lejano) era una pensión que para los latinoamericanos sabemos que es eso. Me indicaron que llegarían por mi el siguiente día a las 9 de la mañana, porque había reservado 2 noches y a esa hora no llegaron. Me fue a hacer mi recorrido y por la noche que regresé ya habían movido mis maletas para el hotel original. Igual seguían sin elevador, aunque las habitaciones en ambos lados eran muy limpias los hoteles de muy mal gusto. El anfitrión quiso portarse muy amable desde un inicio y casi logra convencerme de su amabilidad hasta que le pregunté sobre taxi, el cual él quería a fuerza que pagara 12 euros más de lo que me cobró el taxi 48 euros (que es tarifa fija desde Termini). Por la mañana mi sorpresa fue que cuando le pedí al nuevo anfitrión o recepcionista que me ayudara con las maletas, el elevador sí funcionaba. Al final no entiendo por qué no me dejaron allí la primer noche y vi que eso le hacen a todos los que llegan. El desayuno también es un engaño, únicamente un croissant y café en otro lugar diferente de los 2 hostales (porque al final eso son, solo que con baño privado), carísimo para lo que es.

The address they provide is for a different hotel, they change the name so it is difficult to find reviews. The actual hotel is not where they give you the address; you have to walk two long sets of stairs to check in, walk down, go across the corner and then go to the hotel. Floors of the rooms are dirty and scratched, linnen looks very old and overall is significantly overpriced. For the same price you can find many better hotels.... don't book too in advance for rome, allways best to check soon before arrival.

good value for money

room was small and looked nothing like photo on Hotels.com. It was clean, bathroom was nice, sheets and towels were nice. Confusion about name as name is not the same as the hotel we stayed at. It looks like the establishment houses a number of different bed and breakfast places. Breakfast was not great only a coffee and a croissant and you had to go to a cafe to get it. For the cost it was fine.
