Inquiries and requests were responded to very quickly. We were accommodated even past our check in time which was greatly appreciated. Baked items were provided and replenished everyday. The area was quiet and was well maintained clean. Check out was easy.

Chambre grande et propre. Très bien placé pour errer dans Rome compte tenu du prix. Isolation de la rue au top, petit balcon. Petits déjeuners en self service.

Hallo, die Lage ist hervorragend. Nicht zu toppen. Das Zimmer trotz nur 100mtr zum Petersplatz absolut ruhig. Das Frühstück ist seinen Namen nicht wert und faktisch nicht vorhanden. Eine Mini Kaffeemaschine, eingeschweisste ältere Hörnchen und Kekse sind kein Frühstück. Lieber kein Frühstück anbieten dann wird man nicht enttäuscht. Eine Frühstücksbar neben dem Hauseingang zum Schnäppchenpreis entschädigt dafür. Ich würde die Unterkunft jedoch sehr empfehlen und jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Gastgeberin Valentina war äusserst hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Tausend Dank

We had a great stay at this property. I didn't realise when booking that check-in was until 9pm and our flight didn't land until 9:20, so the owner met us when our taxi arrived and we were able to communicate easily. It was clean and timidly, we had all the amenities we needed and more for a comfortable stay. It's a great location and really close to the vatican and walking distance to all of the big tourist points in Rome.

The room was clean and cosy and the staff were very helpful. There was a shared mini kitchen with free refreshments. I assumed as it was a B&B breakfast would be included, as there was not an option to add it, but it was not. However there were cafes and restaurants nearby. The neighbourhood was less hectic than central and very close to the Vatican, with a bus to central Rome which stopped outside.

Loved the balcony! Terrific location very near the Vatican (The bells of St Peter’s Basilica awake us each morning), excellent restaurants nearby, bus stop outside the front door. Very well stocked shared kitchen, but it was shared with only two other rooms!

Check in was quick and easy and the staff person was very friendly. The apartment was more than we could have imagined and there were breakfast treats and yogurts in the fridge. The hotel is literally around the corner from The Vatican and there are so many shops, restaurants etc. on the road. Incredible value for money and conveniently located. We really loved our stay here

Bait and Switch at B&B Le Fornaci

I was a victim of the old bait and switch by Valentina. I booked a room at B&B Le Fornaci for two nights but instead was put in another place that was inferior to what I had booked on the website. The place I was was put in was below ground so it was dark and clammy. Valentina should never accepted my reservation if she could not have accommodated me in the place I had booked. I would not have accepted the substitute had she been honest with me. If you want to reward unscrupulous business practices then by all means book your stay at B&B Fornaci.

Die Wohnung ist einfach, sauber, und nett eingerichtet. Ideal für 3 Personen (1 Erwachsener und 2 Teenager). Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. (Nur das Frühstück hat uns nicht gefallen). Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Die Wohnung ist zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten vom Petersplatz entfernt. Wir sind jeden Abend auf dem Weg zur Wohnung durch den Platz gelaufen. Wunderschön!

We had a wonderful stay here for four nights. The room was large and clean. There was a small refrigerator in the room that kept everything cold too. There are a ton of little shops in the area so you can get supplies plus a large supermarket just a bit up the road. Lots of local dining options too. The vatican is easily in walking distance. I would stay again without issue.

Perfect!!!

Fabulous service. Extremely welcoming. 5 minutes walking distance to Vatican City - from there you can walk pretty much anywhere or get the metro. There is a bus that stops outside which takes you right into the Center of Rome for €1.50. Some lovely restaurants that we ate in on the same road. Rooms are comfortable and quiet - overall we would highly recommend b&b le fornaci. Couldn’t fault it!

I liked that the shower had good water pressure and the water was as hot as I wanted. The rooms were cleaned daily. I liked that we could make coffee and tea every morning if we wanted. We had a small refrigerator that was adequate for our needs.

This was a great location, right next to everything. Our host Valentina was amazing. She assisted us with everything, from giving us tips on where to go and how to go around Rome, to what laundry to use for our clothes. Great, great location. A must stay while in Rome!

La struttura di speciale aveva la vicinanza a S.Pietro e il servizio autobus proprio di fronte al b&b e x i nostri spostamenti zero problemi e gli ottimi ristoranti e bistrot siti nelle vicinanze. Per quanto riguarda la camera ottima x i servizi di pulizia e la dotazione di tv e wifi e nonostante la via fosse molto trafficata si stava molto tranquilli sia di giorno e soprattutto la notte si è dormito veramente bene
