This B&B can simply be described as a safe haven and a mini-heaven in the city of Rome. Barbara and Michele are 2 of the most amazing human beings I have had the pleasure to interact with and the best people to introduce you to the Italian way of life. They welcomed me at their door, made me feel right at home and accommodated me for late breakfast when I had passed out the night before from wine and cheese😊 The place truly felt serene and tranquil. After an entire day of various activities, I always felt at ease knowing that I have a night of peaceful sleep to look forward to. I cannot wait to visit Rome again and make more ever-lasting memories here. P.S. Dear Michele, I look forward to the bread and Dear Barbara, I cannot wait to try your tiramisu. Stay blessed guys❤️

Made very welcome, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have been better. It is a long journey into Rome which meant we had to stay out all day and evening, Particularly as the lounge & balcony area were locked after breakfast so only had access to the bedroom.

The host and hostess are fantastic couple and are very nice to talk to. The place is very safe and quiet. The beds are comfortable though we could have used some of the shelves for storage. The breakfast could be a bit better as well. Keep a hot pot and coffee machine in the lobby so we can help ourselves to coffee or tea. The place is very far from Termini and all tourist attractions. It took us a full hour or more to get to the center of town. That is the biggest drawback since much time was wasted in traveling up and down to center of town in Rome. Needed to change 2 buses and a tram to get to Termini. If arriving from FCO airport, please take their offer to pick up. Train to this place is very complex- needed to change 2 trains and walk 1.5 miles from the station Monte Mario. It costs Euors 8 pp to get to Monte Mario from FCO and then use a cab (5 euros pp) to get to this B&B.

Struttura molto accogliente, gestori gentilissimi e disponibili, fondamentale la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage altrimenti molto difficile trovare parcheggio nei dintorni. Colazione forse migliorabile nell’offerta, ma complessivamente esperienza molto molto positiva. Il proprietario parla fluentemente inglese. Location silenziosa immersa nel bellissimo verde della periferia romana.
