This B&B is in an amazing location, walking distance from the Vatican and many other attractions. The rooms are located in a lovely older building, featuring a well maintained and fully functional 1920s elevator (lift). The rooms are small but well equipped and clean, and there is even a shared kitchen accessible to guests, with a full size fridge, sink, coffee-makers, dishes and cutlery. For those traveling to/from Fiumicino airport, a very comfortable and reasonably priced airport shuttle stops very close to the property, about a 7 minute walk. There is a well stocked Carrefour market close by, and many restaurant options. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from Vatican and the river, but quiet enough to be away from the busy areas. A good sized family room for a city, very clean and with everything we needed. Luca provided excellent detailed instructions on how to find the place and check in, as well as providing fresh croissants every morning!

We had a wonderful stay at B&B At Your Place in Rome. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the staff made sure everything was comfortable. They offered room service each morning whenever it was available, which was a great convenience. The manager/owner was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by helping me exchange money for the city tax required by the hotel. He even accompanied me downstairs to help me cash out the money, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. He also provided us with a map of Rome, pointed out important attractions, and explained the best ways to access them. His kindness, hospitality, and willingness to help made our stay much more enjoyable. I would highly recommend B&B At Your Place to anyone visiting Rome. The cleanliness, great service, and personal attention made it a memorable experience.

The location was superb. It was very near the Vatican and other tourist places. Luca arranged for our pick up and drop off at the airport. We had fresh towels everyday and croissants, coffee and tea was available everyday.

Very good location in Rome. Most attractions are within a 30 minute walking distance, roughly 1.5 miles. The room is very small, but clean and nice and like the pictures. Many good places to eat nearby as well.

Luca is the best B & B owner, help us organize our stay in Rome, the place is super clean like new, 5 minutes walk to Vatican Museum, shops and restaurants, there is a Bank right on the first floor, the best ice cream shop right at the corner, love it!!

Charming B&B few blocks from Vatican

Great location, small but comfortable B&B. Walking distance to Vatican, few squares and the metro line A giving you easy access to many attractions. Several restaurants, ice cream shops within minutes walking. Building has a old style elevator that adds to the character of the B&B. Luca is a great host and gave us many local tips. Definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the Air Conditioner was excellent, our room was nice and comfortable. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and had plenty of dining options that we could walk to. Loved the classic elevator, felt like we were in a movie! Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
