I really liked the location. We walked to the Vatican, and to the Trevi fountain with no problems. Dariel was really helpful and answered all of our questions. Will definitely go back and stay there.

I was very pleased with this property. Our host Anthony waited outside and greeted us when we arrived. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s in a central location which makes it very accessible to all the historical sites. With that said it can be loud once the city wakes up, so I would suggest ear plugs if you want to sleep in. I would definitely recommend staying here for its convenience and charm.

We had a great stay at the property. The room was spacious enough and clean. There also is a small kitchen area with some snacks, free coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. The location was also great, we loved the area around the property as well, with many little shops, cafes and dining options. The only thing we would criticize is that the rooms are quite noisy. Even with windows and shutters closed you can hear the street very loudly. Fortunately it’s a not big street with lots of traffic. Otherwise it’s a great spot for a vacation in Rome.

Great first impression ! Received a whatsapp message 2 days prior to arriving whereby any additional arrangements needed to be made for check in. Upon arrival, received such a warm welcome which certainly beats many 4,5 star hotels I've beent to.They only have 6 bedrooms which I think is why the service is so good, nevertheless 10/10 for the reception. Cleanliness was perfect and location cant be beaten - 8 min walk to closest attraction, namely Piazza Navona and it was probably 15 min to the vatican. Around 30 min to the Colloseum. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 min walk. Highly recommend.The other reviews are not wrong. Just book it

Quiet and big room

This hotel was perfect, very nice, big room, quiet and the staff was very helpful. We had some dirty blanket on the bed but they took care of it. Consider it is in the 5th floor with no elevator, it wasn’t a problem for us.

In general the hotel is not bad, 2 bad things are bathroom had mold (multiple spots) And it could be loud time to time, I dont know this was because we were in first floor or not, but everything that was happening outside we could hear it, and this could be annoying specially when it was happening 1-2am

Wonderful experience, the receptionist is outstanding, very attentive and helpful. The location is great, walkable, quiet for our family but close to so many dining, shopping and sightseeing options. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Zimmer war sauber und es wurde jeden Tag geputzt. Es wurden Wasser und Snacks zur Verfügung gestellt, sowie Kaffee und Tee. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral, sodass man alle touristischen Orte zu Fuß erreichen kann. Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen.

Tolles B&B im Herzen von Rom mit einzigartiger Lage. Empfang sehr nett mit vielen Tipps. Frühstück gibt es seit Corona nicht mehr, aber es gibt genug Möglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert !
