"Not what you're used to, but not bad."
This hotel is essentially a collection of apartments in central Rome managed through a central hub. It's a bit of an odd experience, but for the price, location, and experience it was well worth it. Take note of where it says to check-in as this location might be different from the actual hotel you're staying at. Our room actually ended up being in a different building from the Expedia listing, but the desk attendant walked us to the new location and showed us how to get in and answer any questions. Our room was fairly spacious with a comfortable bed, large armoire, and desk. The bathroom was small, but served its purpose. Everything was fairly new and updated in a more modern feel. The in-room wifi was the best of all the hotels we've stayed at in Italy.

"Very nice and close to Trevi fountain "
Had a very good experience here. Sandrew the night- front desk guy was exceptionally friendly and very helpful as well as everyone else- it was clean and from trevi fountain was walking distance to pantheon, piazza Navona, and Spanish steps- Rome is a maze of streets- but, helped to have a good place close to trevi fountain as our home base to walk - convenient- love Rome 😄

"Pristine updated rooms, staff super accommodating"
Travelling with 3-yr-old, staff changed us to bigger room. Brought breakfast to our room early as we changed our wake up time due to jet lag. Beautiful part of town, quiet, near most gorgeous natural park with playground up the block. We walked central Rome from hotel. Hotel Exceeded my expectations. So clean!! There's a beautiful old elevator in the foyer.

"Our stay at Antica Dimora de Michaelis"
We arrived by taxi to a locked door, with no idea how to get in. After pressing the bell with the hotel name on a member of staff came up the street and took us to our lovely room. Reception was back down the street, first on left. From reception an excellent breakfast is served on the fifth floor. The bedrooms are in a separate block up the street. The location of this hotel is fantastic and I would choose to go back there. Taxis are near and buses up the street. Taxi fare to Ciampino airport 30 euros. Hotel nearest to Piazza Navonna. Lots of restaurants at good prices and good food-cheaper away from main attractions.

"Nice part of town, close to Tiburtina trains"
Great private apartments, great staff, clean room and close to Tiburtina train station and also Bologna and Tiburtina metro stations. For your comfort it would be best to rent an apartment with private bathroom, but the shared bathroom was also clean and very well kept. Grazie Aish

"Nice stay"
This is more an apartment, rather than an hotel. The good thing is that the apartment has everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals, etc. (Campo di Fiori market is 2min away if you want to buy fresh produce) Overall the apartment is quite comfortable and close to all the attractions in the Historic Centre.

"Overall, great place!"
The hotel was pleasant to stay in. Owner's son spoke English, so it was easy to communicate. Efficient check in and check out procedures. The locks to the doors were a struggle. We often times had to have people help us get into the apartment. The keys were strange. Also, breakfast was provided and they did replinesh, but the other guys sharing the unit ate our cereal and milk. It would be nice to have separate fridge space or labels.

"Well-located Accomodation"
This is a great place to stay if you aren't planning to stay inside the room for a large portion of the day. It's located closeby the metro and of course the Vatican. The elevator within the B&B is fantastic since the location is on the 5th floor of the building.
