"Not what you're used to, but not bad."
This hotel is essentially a collection of apartments in central Rome managed through a central hub. It's a bit of an odd experience, but for the price, location, and experience it was well worth it. Take note of where it says to check-in as this location might be different from the actual hotel you're staying at. Our room actually ended up being in a different building from the Expedia listing, but the desk attendant walked us to the new location and showed us how to get in and answer any questions. Our room was fairly spacious with a comfortable bed, large armoire, and desk. The bathroom was small, but served its purpose. Everything was fairly new and updated in a more modern feel. The in-room wifi was the best of all the hotels we've stayed at in Italy.

"Very welcoming staff and great location"
This hotel is on one floor of an old courtyard building on the Corso in the center of everything. You enter through fairly unmarked doors and then find the signs to the stairs or elevator to take you up to the hotel lobby. It is a small venue, not many rooms. Ours was a very small room, dark, with no view. Since our main objective was to be out in Rome, this room was excellent for sleeping, showering, and regrouping for the next outing. The staff, English speaking, were very welcoming and accommodating.

"Quirky and elegant hotel very close to the sights"
We booked this hotel specifically because of the excellent reviews and eclectic room decor and we were not disappointed! It was, perhaps, a little hard to find on arrival as it is part of a larger hotel just around the corner and the signage was not very obvious. You have to ring a doorbell to get connected to the larger hotel and they send someone round to see you in - this was done quickly and the staff member was very helpful. The room was everything we expected - nicely decorated and furnished and there was also a small fridge which is always very useful. I suppose if I could have magicked up one thing it would have been bedside tables but this was a very minor grievance! The bathroom was nice and had everything we required although the jacuzzi function on the bath was not working - we didn't think this enough of a problem to make a fuss about. Breakfast is at the bigger hotel round the corner and is served on the 5th floor roof terrace - a real treat if the weather is as good as it was for us with panoramic views of the city rooftops. Do - really do - watch those seagulls though - we saw more than one breakfast lost by an inattentive guest who wandered off to fetch coffee! Maybe a tiny gripe is that breakfast is only from 8am which meant on our last day and with a departure time of 07.45 we had to set off without croissants/coffee. It would have been nice to have started our journey having had something to eat. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!

"Nice part of town, close to Tiburtina trains"
Great private apartments, great staff, clean room and close to Tiburtina train station and also Bologna and Tiburtina metro stations. For your comfort it would be best to rent an apartment with private bathroom, but the shared bathroom was also clean and very well kept. Grazie Aish

"Nice stay"
This is more an apartment, rather than an hotel. The good thing is that the apartment has everything you need if you want to prepare your own meals, etc. (Campo di Fiori market is 2min away if you want to buy fresh produce) Overall the apartment is quite comfortable and close to all the attractions in the Historic Centre.

"Overall, great place!"
The hotel was pleasant to stay in. Owner's son spoke English, so it was easy to communicate. Efficient check in and check out procedures. The locks to the doors were a struggle. We often times had to have people help us get into the apartment. The keys were strange. Also, breakfast was provided and they did replinesh, but the other guys sharing the unit ate our cereal and milk. It would be nice to have separate fridge space or labels.
