In an old building of the '700 the apartment is furnished with attention to detail, with a magnificent old terracotta flooring, exterior has an exclusive garden terrace with typical Mediterranean perfumes, where to enjoy the whole' years of climate and the sun of the city and spend outdoors relax.
In the heart of Imperial Rome, you can walk to the places celebrated in the whole world: the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona. Located in the picturesque Monti district, within walking distance offers workshops and typical shops to suit every need.
We have 1 bedroom with double bed (possibility of additional cot), living room with double bed, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower and a study corner with a desk.
The property is fully equipped and has WIFI hot water, central heating, 2 flat screen TV, full kitchen equipment including a kettle and toaster, while the compre service even hair dryer and washing machine.
The bedroom overlooking the Basilica of St. Peter in Chains has a double bed and large wardrobe with 4 compartments.
Accessible by car or metro, has paid public parking in the square outside with the possibility to book the garage in the area, while the metro is within walking distance just 15 0mt.
Nearby there are several information points and tourist tour collection points to be able to visit the city in many different ways also on board the scenic bus. If you'd rather visit the city 'to your' way are directly below your residence several places to rent bikes, scooters, mopeds, cars etc ..

Great location- comfy accommodations

Great location. The property manager was so kind and helpful! They answered my 5 million questions and even helped us get in early to drop our bags before our tour. They provided drinks and snacks which was such a treat after a long day. Their communication was great and I highly recommend!

Great weekend in Rome

Amber met us for an easy check in and showed us around the apartment. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. The location is great - an easy few blocks to the Coliseum and easy access to the metro. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this property! It was close to Michelangelo's Moses.… Steps away! So close to the Colosseum and the metro! Every night we sat out on the patio and enjoyed the Night Sky of Rome. The only disappointment was there was no AC --only two fans that worked which we kept close by. 2 Texans can take the heat but This summer was a hot one.

Beautiful and relaxing property

I stayed in the apartment for over two weeks and could not have been more comfortable. The location was perfect and the apartment was well appointed for cooking. The bed was spacious and comfortable and the big terrace was definitely the star of the show. I began and ended all my days on it. The location across from St. Peter's in Chains at the western edge of the Monti District was excellent for walking to sights as well as catching buses and the metro. Communication was efficient and helpful before and during my stay. I did not try the fold out couch, but a family with two small children would find this apartment suitable. It's perfect for singles or a couple. The wifi was reliable as well. The bathroom was quite large. I did not use the washer, but did hand wash and hang dry on the terrace. Just an excellent and perfectly safe and comfortable base for my solo vacation. Only up one flight of easy stairs as well.

Ferienewohnung Nahe am Colosseum

Die Ferienwohnung hatte eine Top-Lage. Alles war bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, lediglich das Geschirr in der Küche bedarf mal eines Wechsels (angschlagene Tassen und unansehnliches Holzbrett. Wir haben auch Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Schränken vermisst. Für 2 Personen war es eb so ausreichend, für mehrer wäre es schon eng. Das Badezimmer war sehr schön und auch die Terasse war für Frühstück und Rotwein am späteren Abend top. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt

heerlijke locatie en dakterras

Een fijne woning op een geweldige locatie, net uit de drukte en toch alles vlak bij de hand. Heerlijk dakterras. Heel goed bed in de slaapkamer. De sofabank is gemakkelijk uit en in te klappen maar hierop kun je het best met je hoofd bij het voeteneind liggen in plaats van "in de bank". Goede service en tips. Aanrader!
