"It was our worst couple massage ever. The whole experience where you wait. Just not like other spas we have been to. The shower in our room didn't work. Couldn't get the right water temperature and the room was super hot. Could not lower the temperature. The hot pools were amazing and their was a spa happy hour which was super nicely organized but food was really not good. Surprisingly in Italy not to get excellent buffet. Staff was very understanding but it must improve to bring us back. "

"Had a such horrible experience for the last stay in Rome. I booked this hotel via Hotel.com. And there has a highlight showed for Free Shuttle bus to the airport which attracted me. When I checked out in this morning, the staff in front desk told me I owe them €20 for shuttle bus. €8 for each way and another €4 for city tax. And I tried to show them the website’s highlights for FREE SHUTTLE BUS. And the bold guy in front desk told me it’s not free, it’s just free for your experience??? And also because I booked via Hotel.com which is not their business!! But ended up they said is their technical issues which I have to pay for it!! Excuse me??? Have you heard yourself??? "

"This is the cleanest place I ever stayed at. It is a bit off the beaten pass, but it was so clean and new looking. Very quiet in spite of being right across the street from the airport in Rome."

"Walls were paper thin. Rooms were old and worn. Neighborhood was questionable. I am 5’2” and weigh 98lb, the way the shower was setup made me even feel cramped. My son and husband were miserable. Despite the terrible place, the lady at the front desk was wonderful! She was very sweet, recommended a restaurant for dinner. "
