"Excellent view of the ocean. The room was spacious. The Murphy bed near the patio was nice, which made it easier to see the ocean. Bathroom could have used a little more cleaning. The room didn't have charging ports for electronics. Was noisy at times as we could hear the guests above us. The hotel had its own beach access, which we liked. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"This was such a fun beach house! A very short walk to the beach, had great facility! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen well supplied. Backyard was super fun! Loved the hot tub and firepit. It was a great place for a getaway to the beach. Easy check in and check out. I would for sure stay here again."

"Great property for dogs although when we got there we did do a sweep and found a great deal of poo left behind or missed so we cleaned that up. Floors were wet so we must have been on the heels of the cleaners. Beach access is wonderful. Rockaway is meh so bring your own food and utilize the kitchen as it is well equipped ! Quiet neighborhood also a plus :)"

" The beach is just right over the backyard berm and we walked on the beach allot! The backyard fire pit and lights were also used every night. Being pet friendly was a big plus for us. This is an older house with older furnishings but that's clearly shown in the pictures and I think the price is just right for the quality level. Everything was clean and well stocked. There were no unreasonable asks for checking out. I would highly recommend this VRBO. "
