"Pros: Fantastic location with beautiful ocean views, beach access, quiet neighborhood, and close proximity to restaurants and other coastal attractions. The layout works well for families and small groups, with comfortable beds, dining areas, and seating. Cons: There was confusion about the status of the sauna, which is built into the property but not working. In addition, the bunk bed ladder was unsecured, posing a safety risk. The carpet had sharp, raised areas, and the PlayStation did not work, so our kids were unable to watch DVDs. Hosts: We were inundated with automated messages from the property management company throughout our stay, but limited interaction when we raised concerns. That said, they promptly removed the mattress frame we found in the den upon check-in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return if the advertised amenities were working or if the price was adjusted accordingly. The setting and layout made the trip enjoyable enough to outweigh the issues, but the missing and unsafe amenities would keep this from being a higher-rated stay."
