Very quiet, very clean, good amenties, not a lot of people or traffic in the area. There is something about this home that I find very peaceful and serene. It has a very good “feel” to it. It’s a wonderful place for a single, couple or small family to get away for a while. The whole upstairs is open loft style with a TV, couch and beds and is an excellent place for kids to play. It is an excellent place to relax and unwind, while being very close to the beach and the town of Rockaway."
