"This house was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations! Clean, comfortable, well stocked. There were deer in the view everyday! The host came over and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and in visiting with him he gave us full explanation of the house's amenities. The house smelt fresh with great air circulation and everything you needed was stocked. This house has a great location, was again super clean, and overall furnishings, amenities, and more were excellent The kids enjoyed every minute in the Bear room, front room with games, books and music and the garage filled with pin pong, foosball , sand toys and etc! This home was perfect for our family of 7 ( ages 9-98) and could not believe comfortable it was! Thank you Stephen Auer!PS: Cousins stopped by for birthday and we did not realize that they parked in the cul da sac. We apologize."

"Great location and good fit for our group (5 adults, 1 toddler), and we enjoyed watching the sunset from the deck. Vacasa texted us an incorrect code to get into the house (which sounds like a recurring problem given a prior review indicating the same issue), but we were able to call and got a representative to assist quickly. "

"Lovely home in a terrific area - last street before the state park and easy access to a gorgeous beach. Lots of space and a great communal area on the main floor with a big TV for movies after a long day out and about. Manzanita has a really cute downtown and is close to so many awesome things to do. Thanks for a great week!"
