"My adult daughter and I had a very quiet, relaxing time for our annual mother-daughter retreat. The house was extremely clean and so well decorated, you felt you were just visiting a friend instead of a vacation rental, and we will definitely return. (Just one thing, it has ice trays instead of an “ice maker”, so you may want to pick up a bag of ice if needed.)"

"The host was very responsive. Make sure and have hot water turned on before check in time. We didn't use the fireplace, not cold enough. The kitchen is well supplied and the pots and pans areHigh quality. The induction stove is complicated to master, a tad frustrating. The beds are both very squeaky, one the foot board frame is so flimsy it feels like it will collapse. Both beds seemed to have an accumulation of sand, as if even though the sheets were clean, you could feel sand on the mattress pad . I slept between the top sheet and comforter. On a positive note, I must say it's overall the best place I have rented out of 3 places, but the others were sorely lacking. I would recommend this place because of the location and overall lay out. The pool table is a bit intrusive as it sits in the middle of the living room, but kinda cool to have."

"Very clean and comfortable. Lots of comfortable seating in the living area and master bedroom king bed was firm and we slept well. Kitchen was quite modern and well equipped, although coffee maker is drip only. Didn't bother us but lots of people like the Keurig. Very dog friendly, including dog dishes and throws. About 50yds from the beach, though the dunes block the view from the house to the ocean. The back gate was inoperable, but access to the beach was available just a few yards in any direction. The private area on the side of the house was great for the dog; we'd have enjoyed the fire pit had it not been a bit too rainy. Master bath tub/shower looked inviting but we couldn't use it because it lacked grab bars (we're elderly and not too stable), so we were glad to have the shower in the 2nd bath. Wifi could have been faster -- OK for most things (about 20mb/s) but problematic for streaming."

"We truly had a beautiful stay at this home. The home was decorated so well and equipped perfectly with everything we would need to enjoy ourselves. We all felt so comfortable throughout our stay and didn’t want to leave :) Wonderful communication from the host/rental team as well which we appreciated. The beds and linens were nice; we slept very well! We loved the backyard and enjoyed having a little bonfire one of the nights. You can easily walk to the main street for shopping and food as well as walk to the beach. We can’t wait to book again! "
