"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property location was great. Kitchen was well stocked. There is evidence of wear and tear from being a rental property that is starting to show. Biggest detractor from stay was sheets and bedding. All of it was polyester blends that felt like sleeping in plastic bags. We were there during a hot week and for a house without AC the sheets the first two nights stuck to your body. Not a great sleep experience."

"The Spinn is an older newly renovated motel. Very cute and good value for the money. Nice living area with sofa and table, small refrigerator. Bed was decent, a little hard. My only draw-back is the pillows are very synthetic and over full. So if you have neck issues you will feel it in the morning. Also synthetic causes sweating. So perhaps add some non synthetic options."

"Location was ideal. Walked 1/2 a block to the beach and golf. Short walk into town as well. The home was well stocked. I was very pleased with how comfortable the home was and how much we enjoyed our stay."

"The location is absolute perfection. Literally steps to the beach and a couple blocks to town. There’s a view of the pacific from the deck and the kitchen.Perfect size for our family of 5 and loved that we could bring our dog. Would also be great for two couples. The house itself was clean and tidy. The beds were very comfy. We had two minor issues - the washer was quite moldy and kitchen was stocked with haphazard supplies for cooking. We have young kids and I rent homes knowing I’ll be cooking and doing laundry. So, we couldn’t use laundry, and made do with the cooking supplies that were there. (For example, no oven mitts, pots with unmatched tops). To the credit of the property manager, they were very responsive about the washer and did refund us some money for the inconvenience. Hopefully that’s resolved for the next renter.All in all, a wonderful stay and we would return. Thank you!"

"This is a convenient place to stay in Manzanita! Close to town & the beach and it had all the accessories we needed. It accommodated lots of folks! It isn't the ritz, but its homey, clean and lots of beds. We had a great time staying there and would come back again!"
