By FAR the best non-chain hotel we stayed in on our 2-week trip up the Pacific coast. The staff were amazing, the location is excellent, and the room was everything we hoped it would be. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Friendly staff, incredibly cozy rooms, location on the beach. All these little touches the ocean Lodge Provide make a huge difference! Complementary cookies at the check-in desk, complementary salt, water taffy everywhere you turn, and movie snacks along with 1000 DVDs to choose from. They really make you feel at home here!

The Ocean Lodge in Cannon beach is truly a one of kind stay from its stunning location and stellar staff! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the staff really takes care of both the guests and grounds. 10/10 experience, highly recommend staying and getting an ocean view room! My husband and I had a lovely weekend at The Ocean Lodge. The property is beautiful, but it is the little service extras that make the Lodge excellent. It was nice to see that children / families are welcome. Maybe we’ll bring our son next time.

We had room 108… it was fine, but not what I’d call awesome. I’d expected more but several times checking in the staffer said “I see you booked through Expedia” and it felt like we had somehow done something bad? The room only has a view to the north, and it’s behind a berm, and your nextdoor neighbor is RIGHT THERE with no privacy. Loved all the staff except the check in guy. Fire in the beach was awesome, and we loved the wine and turndown service. If we book again we will request a different room.
