"This was a great spot for our family to spend enjoying the Oregon coast. The view is beautiful, though could be better if some of the trees and bushes were trimmed a little and if all of the blinds in the living room and dining room worked properly. It was great having our own path down to the beach, so convenient. The hot tub worked great, and we enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. The kitchen is really well stocked, seems to have anything you could need. We will definitely be staying again."

"The only real complaint we had was the downstairs bed was SO uncomfortable. I think like almost broken, because when 2 people laid in it, you sink towards the middle. Sleeping on it for 4 nights my hips hurt incredibly bad. The house was super close to a private beach entrance. Quiet neighborhood."

"This place is one of the best we have rented! It's spacious, very well furnished and has more kitchenware than most, which we really appreciate. The ocean is so close and the rooftop deck is genius! We were grateful for the excellent communication and not having cleaning chores on the final morning! Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this quiet little neighborhood. HOWEVER, photos are not quite representative of the property's current condition. Back deck is in need of replacement, some front deck boards ave warped and corners lifting which caused a tripping hazard. Fortunately I caught myself before falling to the ground. The butcher block countertop was very wet & moldy looking around the kitchen faucet. The laminate flooring is shabby in places. The entire place could use a serious deep cleaning. For the price charged, I expected perfection. My brother rented a house right on the beach in town which was less money and in much better condition. A partial voluntary refund would make things "right". But, that probably won't happen. Live & learn."

"We had a pretty good time at the house. The fire pit was a highlight for a lot of people in our group. The only thing I’d keep in mind is that if you have a big group it’s hard to fit everyone in a living space at the same time. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us and didn’t ruin our trip at all. The beach was about a half mile walk down the street which wasn’t bad. It was an amazing location! Overall, our trip was lovely!"
