"Elevator was not working for our entire 3 day visit. Pool area not set up for those to enjoy the pool-no table and chairs to sit at. There were 4 lounging Adirondack chairs for the entire pool area that were secured to a fence so you had to ask for them to be moved. No pool towels. Some of the staff were nice and helpful others not at all. "

"Terrible stay! Will be demanding a significant refund. Here 4 ‘and five days. On all five days we complained that there was no hot water, and we had to go to the front desk to do that because on all five days, they never answered their phone connection to the front desk. One desk clerk said that she was the only one there and didn’t have time to answer the phone. That’s absurd. Only decent thing was the swimming pool."

"I have never stayed in such a filthy hotel room. Towels and linens were gross. They were either previously used without washing… a lot… or they were just incredibly stained. There were also lots of hairs bound in the towels. Bathroom had missing drain plug, floor tiles missing, etc. The kicker was the smoke alarm battery dying and beeping very loud. Maintenance was gone for the night, so we moved rooms at almost midnight, so we didn’t have to listen to it all night long. Would NEVER stay here again! "
